I don't think the mechanics know what they're doing. I had to take my car in four different times before they got the diagnosis right. Had to get the service manager involved just to have that happen. They literally returned my car to me the third time and said there could find anything wrong but I took the service manager out to the parking lot when I pick the car up and literally had him ride with me and see that there was actually a problem. Then when it came time to fix it they had to replace the whole transmission, kept the car for 5 weeks, returned it supposedly fixed but the transmission was still screwed up. Had to take it back and it took them another 4 weeks to fix it again. Horrible horrible experience! Full of incompetence. The office people were nice The service manager was nice but the people actually working on that car apparently didn't know what they were doing. More
My service writer was absolutely amazing. He was very tentative and took care of all my needs and keep me informed throughout the process. Absolutely amazing service. He was very tentative and took care of all my needs and keep me informed throughout the process. Absolutely amazing service. More
Did not listen to what the problem was and what has already been done to the vehicle. Wanted to replace the part that was already replaced ($400 by an autoshop) and jack the price up ($1k+), knowing th already been done to the vehicle.
