Satisfied! I brought my car in for a recall on the passenger airbag. From the first phone call until I walked out to my car after service was an easy, professional, and a great experience for me. They explained everything to me and how long it would take. I live close to 2 other dealerships (including the one I originally bought my car from) but I chose Liberty because their service department is the best around. They also provided me a rental which was awesome! Not many of the other "big" name dealerships do that. I feel so "pampered" when they give me my car back and they wash it too!! I have been burned by auto dealership service departments before so I am not very trusting but Liberty put my mind at ease. They made sure I was happy. More

The good and the Bad Service department was very good, new tires, alignment, adjustments on drive shaft , all very good. The bad part was in the detail work. Top of fron Service department was very good, new tires, alignment, adjustments on drive shaft , all very good. The bad part was in the detail work. Top of front and side windows were not cleaned, water streaks left on instrument panel, making hard to see gauges. Areas around doors were not completely cleaned. all in all not really impressed with detaling for the cost. More

After both front and rear brakes were done a high pitched squeal resulted when first moved in the morning. Further investigation reveals that the recommendationed pads are semi-metallic and produce the squeal. This is not a dealer issue but a Ford issue; Liberty is following the Ford program. More

Body work I had a very small fender bender in a parking lot. My insurance gave me several options and I chose Liberty Ford Body Shop for the repair. I like that they showed me where the tires were worn and didn't just say "you need new tires". After the new tires were installed, I had to go back because the tires lost air pressure. Not happy about having to return, but Bob fixed it and it was good to go. More

Having been the owners of hybrids since 2003 but not having owned a Ford for even longer, we were We recently purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Having been the owners of hybrids since 2003 but not having owned a Ford for even longer, we were surprised to see the difference in the battery-status bar. We wondered whether Ford Mechanics were really knowledgeable enough about hybrids since they haven't become their main type of car/truck yet. We stopped in and spoke with Ryan and all of our fears were put to rest. He explained the different type of battery status measurement that Ford uses and how it works differently than the Toyota type and told us of his electronic engineering background. YAY! Now we can feel confident and ready for whatever issues come along miles into the future. More
Liberty vermilion body shop is a joke Took my 2016 fusion to get fixed after being hit. sais VM was left when it was done, there was no VM so 8 days later get my car back with blue tape ar Took my 2016 fusion to get fixed after being hit. sais VM was left when it was done, there was no VM so 8 days later get my car back with blue tape around light over spray on the window (which they said I paid to have removed) complained they stated when you drop off to get detailed in 30 days we will fix it! Hope very fixed! They cleaned the inside of the car not even touching the out side, my car came back missing my floor mats, dirty, and blue over spay on my hood, and gray over spray on my trunk! My car is BLACK! I bought my car from Liberty vermilion and had no problems but the body shop is a joke! They get their money but never want to fix their mistakes! More
