Don't ever ever ever go to Liberty Ford!!! I was in a car accident and I had my car taken there. I couldn't drive it the day after I got it back from them. Two different service managers I dealt with both got fired. They made all kinds of promises to me and never fulfilled them. this shady dealership robbed me for $500 on my deductible, because it was a hit and run, and my insurance company out of $2,000. If anybody wants more proof of their lies and promises they don't fulfill. I have plenty of text messages and voicemails. I even talked to their general manager who wasn't going to do a xxxx thing about it. I wish I would have known before going there. I thought taking a Ford to a Ford dealership was a good idea, definitely not this Ford dealership. I've definitely learned my lesson. they don't care that I'm paying $300 a month for a vehicle that's sitting in my driveway that I can't even drive. They got their money they obviously don't care about their customers. I would trust a random backyard mechanic more than this supposed dealership. More

I took My 2010 Mercury Milan in for repairs on the rear bumper, a small dent in passengers front door and I had it detailed out. The rear bumper and door dent looks fantastic. It has been sitting out since then, three weeks and the rain on the car does not even bead anymore. I get a better wax from the drive through car wash !. The old Turtle paste wax would last longer. I use it on my Lincoln. For almost $200.00 dollars I would not recommend the detailing. More
