Having been the owners of hybrids since 2003 but not having owned a Ford for even longer, we were surprised to see the difference in the battery-status bar. We wondered whether Ford Mechanics were really knowledgeable enough about hybrids since they haven't become their main type of car/truck yet. We stopped in and spoke with Ryan and all of our fears were put to rest. He explained the different type of battery status measurement that Ford uses and how it works differently than the Toyota type and told us of his electronic engineering background. YAY! Now we can feel confident and ready for whatever issues come along miles into the future. More
Disappointing About a month ago went to look at a 2015 mkc and trade my 2010 mks .the used car manager told us that our car was going to need a transmission and About a month ago went to look at a 2015 mkc and trade my 2010 mks .the used car manager told us that our car was going to need a transmission and could only give us around $6000.00 trade value .I am no mechanic but i know the difference between a transmission problem and a possible tune up.We took the car to AtoZ auto service in North Royalton 6 spark plugs later the car runs like new again.All I can say is be careful we this dealer More

I Have issues with the brakes on my f150. after they failed to call me and schedule an appointment for almost 2 weeks after they replaced the brake booster i still had the same symptoms. I called and left a message with the receptionist the following monday after the service and was told someone would call me back. It has now been a week later and no phone call from there service department. Which is a big deal for me if they want my business in the future. I shouldn't have to call multiple times a week to get something resolved. And according to the service paperwork they never test drove the truck after servicing to make sure the problem was resolved in/out odometer was the same More
Liberty vermilion body shop is a joke Took my 2016 fusion to get fixed after being hit. sais VM was left when it was done, there was no VM so 8 days later get my car back with blue tape ar Took my 2016 fusion to get fixed after being hit. sais VM was left when it was done, there was no VM so 8 days later get my car back with blue tape around light over spray on the window (which they said I paid to have removed) complained they stated when you drop off to get detailed in 30 days we will fix it! Hope very fixed! They cleaned the inside of the car not even touching the out side, my car came back missing my floor mats, dirty, and blue over spay on my hood, and gray over spray on my trunk! My car is BLACK! I bought my car from Liberty vermilion and had no problems but the body shop is a joke! They get their money but never want to fix their mistakes! More
Be Warned I would recommend staying away from the body shop. I mistakenly thought I should take my Fusion here for repairs after having someone back into my car I would recommend staying away from the body shop. I mistakenly thought I should take my Fusion here for repairs after having someone back into my car. I was told my car would be returned in five days. After next to no communication, when I finally was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up on day 17, I get there to find a sizable chip in the "repaired" section of my car as well as dirt or debris in a large section of what was repainted. It was visibly bumpy. Not to mention the whole car was dusty. After expressing to the manager my displeasure, I requested an upgrade in replacement vehicles since I would again have to leave my car for days as my own car has luxury features and the one I was given to drive as a replacement does not. The manager assured me I would receive a phone call from Liberty today regarding getting another vehicle to me. Surprise, surprise, I didn't hear a word and no one returned my call. Well, tomorrow is day 18. Hopefully I will see my car within the month. More
Poor Service Department 2016 Lincoln MKX - could not locate road noise, but Mathews Ford Sandusky did. Was told had to drive vehicle with cupped tires for tires to smooth o 2016 Lincoln MKX - could not locate road noise, but Mathews Ford Sandusky did. Was told had to drive vehicle with cupped tires for tires to smooth out. Vehicle had wind or road noise from day one. Problem was never identified at Vermilion. Vehicle was not in alignment and tires were never balanced properly, but they never addressed either issue until I took the vehicle to Sandusky and informed Vermilion what their Technician found. Even then Vermilion still could not identify road noise. Convenient way to ignore problems - just don't identify anything. More

This place is a ripe off! Went to check out this honda accord they had and while on the test drive, the car just shut off and wouldn't turn on. The sales guy Jeff Cormier was in the car with us. They claim they fixed the problem and let us take it for the day, while driving it we started to notice more things wrong with it. We were paying cash for this car that they wanted $10,900 for, we offered to give them $9,900 cash for it and they said No. And here's where the frustration and poor customer service comes in, they told us that they wouldn't budge on the price because they had to replace a fuse ($2)and a battery ($140)on the vehicle and they needed to make their money back on the car, as if they would of had to do that anyway(replace the fuse and battery). Blue book value on the car is only $9000 anyway. We took are Business elsewhere. I would be very leery of this place, because if your not Financing or purchasing an extra warranty they could care less about your business. More

Since we live in Cincinnati they offered to deliver the car and lease manager Bob Hug and another gentleman delivered the car as promised on time. This dealership and the staff are class act. More

Jeff was upfront, honest, and extremely professional and made the buying experience completely seamless. Chris Yacobozzie in Finance couldn’t have made the signing easier.
