HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!! More

Poor Customer Service I had bought 2 vehicles, and leased 2 vehicles from Liberty Ford in Parma Hts, over the last 4 years. Wow. What a mistake. There were so many problems I had bought 2 vehicles, and leased 2 vehicles from Liberty Ford in Parma Hts, over the last 4 years. Wow. What a mistake. There were so many problems with the Service Dept., but will only share a few. AC in for service several times, but not fixed. They would not put the gauges on to see what the issue was. We later found out that the ac was not fully charged at the factory. Hours wait for oil changes. Incomplete service where only a portion of items needing service were not completed. My salesperson did try to help, but to no avail. My son's truck went in for an oil changes, and tire rotation, and they did not tighten the lugs on one of the tires, and it almost fell off. Major safety issues. Finally, my salesperson assured me a loaner vehicle with all the issues I have had, but there was not one ready for me. He forgot to set it up. This is the last straw for me. By the way, I had left several messages with the owner of this dealership, and he never called me back. He must not be too concerned about customer service. My suggestion is to find another dealership. More
Back and forth I have been to this dealer over 10 times in the last month. They can't figure out the o2 sensor on the 14 focus. I bought a new oxygen sensor and put I have been to this dealer over 10 times in the last month. They can't figure out the o2 sensor on the 14 focus. I bought a new oxygen sensor and put in myself. After I put it in the light was still on. They said it had to be a factory ford sensor. Put that one in and light was still on. Brought it back to ford and they said the wires had been rubbing and ripped that was the problem. For $350 dollars they repaired it. Drove away thinking everything was ok. Then the check engine light came back on. After that they finally gave me a rental. They finally fixed everything after having a rental for 4 days(they redid the wireing for no extra charge). I drove my car home and find a screw and washer in my tire. So while I'm sitting here again I'm writing this review. More

My Fusion was a r I am Leasing a 2014 Ford Fusion,and I have just returned from a trip to Columbus Georgia where my grandson graduated from Boot Camp. My Fusion was a real joy to drive. Very comfortable and economical. I averaged almost 30 miles to the gallon, which really surprised me. Upon my return I called Liberty Ford in Parma Heights for an appointment for the Works Service package. I was immediately scheduled and was greeted very professionally by Kyle MCGUIRE. When the job was done after a normal wait,Mr. Mcguire told all that was done and assured me my car was in excellent condition. He also told me my car had been wahed and dried.Which I thought was a nice touch. We exchanged hand shakes and Merry Christmas and I left thanking him again for the good service. More

Both when I called to make the appointment and, and after handing my keys off, I was told that it would take 90-minutes. It was made clear that I was waiting for the car. 2 hours later I inquire if my car is done. They had not even brought it in to start any of the services yet. I was told it would be at least another hour. Total lack of customer care and service. This Ford dealership is literally down the street from my house, but I will be traveling to the dealership I bought the car from for all future service based upon this instance. I have a call in to the service director and am waiting to hear back. I'd rate this place a zero if I could. More
