With the exception of the salesman disregarding my repeated reminders I had to be at work by a specific time (I was two hours late), the experience was good and I felt the deal I was given and the trade-in value they provided for my vehicle at the time was fair. I provided positive feedback and posted similar reviews elsewhere. Two weeks ago I had a 600 mile round trip to take. Before I left, the My Ford Touch/SYNC system stopped working. Everything related to the SYNC system was gone. Needless to say, I was livid. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. Having done the research, I have come to understand the MFT/SYNC system is quite flawed and often requires replacement of the APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module). My vehicle is a 2011 Ford Edge w/ just over 28,000 miles on it. 5/26/16 I brought my vehicle to the dealership, spoke to Gary Slepsky, who I advised the APIM more than likely needs to be replaced and they or Ford need to help me out with this, warranty included or not, as this is a well known, well documented manufacturing defect. This is not related to wear and tear and I did nothing to cause the system to malfunction. Over three hours later and charging me $140.00, Gary told me exactly what I already knew. The APIM needs to be replaced and of course, it was a part they did not stock. He instructed me he gave a case number to Ford and he would be in touch. I was provided no time frame, no estimation of cost in the event Ford is not willing to help me, no empathy or understanding of how incredibly frustrating this is, he was dismissive and it was a very cold experience. There was no ownership of the situation, instead he immediately told me there is nothing he can do, it was up to Ford. I left the dealership feeling he or anyone else did not care about me or my situation. Still no response and I am left hanging to wonder what the outcome will be. I will be happy to retract any negative reviews if the outcome is fair, but this was an awful customer service experience and I am starting to regret my buying decision. More

The service was "Red Carpet" from the moment I entered his area to drop off my car to the day of pick up. He walked me to and from my car coordinated the rental and maintained regular updates on the status of repairs on my 2007 Mercury Milan. I could not have been treated any better if I had brought my new Fusion in for body work. I was totally amazed when I picked up my Milan. Not only were the repairs perfect the car was cleaned and looked like the day of original purchase. Thanks Ron. More

Ron was our serv I received a quote quickly and made an appointment just a few days later. The reception personnel were very friendly and effecient. Ron was our service manager and reviewed the estimate when I arrived. He had a few suggestions about parts. During the work, Ron called with updates and to alert me to unexpected parts required. He offered some alternatives that would hold costs down. The origninal estimated time was two days. That stretched into four which put me in a little bind.. When the automobile was returned it was great and clean! Everyone is very courteous and professional. Best of all was the final invoice just a few dollars over the estimate (not an insurance claim). Set up a new appointment through Lincoln corporate. No loaner set up. They gave me the option to pay out of my pocket and I would be reimbursed. (Lincoln told me this The first rime I went there they tried to tell me that it was damaged previously and it was not fixed right. They weren't going to warranty it. We bought the car new and hadn't wrecked it. I think they were trying to get out of doing warranty work.) Finally they agreed to fix it but it's been a nightmare ever since. More
I was looking at a pre-owned Ford Escape for my parents and wanted to have a pre-sale inspection completed on it. I was not able to personally bring the vehicle in because we live 4.5 hours away. I coordin and wanted to have a pre-sale inspection completed on it. I was not able to personally bring the vehicle in because we live 4.5 hours away. I coordinated with Susan on what I wanted to accomplish and she was extremely helpful. Once the inspection was completed she called me with the results, emailed me the inspection list and even sent me a list of what options that particular Escape had on it. Along with the results she gave me pricing options for the repairs. It was an outstanding experience even though she knew that we were about 4.5 hours away and not a local customer. I would highly recommend this Dealership for any service work you may have. Be sure to ask for Susan Macri. Thanks for outstanding customer service!!! More

The service department's workers, who check your car in, are very rude and try to avoid you like the plaque. Trying to get anyone to help you or trying to get answers is nearly impossible, as they would rather answer the phone and keep you waiting. If your time is valuable to you ... DON'T bring your car her for service. More
