Don not take your car or truck here. I had a rattling under my truck and took it to this dealership. After keeping my truck all day and not calling to let me know what was wrong with my I had a rattling under my truck and took it to this dealership. After keeping my truck all day and not calling to let me know what was wrong with my truck I de ided to call them. They told me that I needed a new transmission. I went to pick up my truck because my vehicle warranty didn't cover it. So I picked my tuck up and took it home. After a few days I look I. The back of my truck and the entire bottom plate and insulation was thrown back there with the bolts rolling around. I called the dealership and got no apology Ora invitation to bring it back up for them to put it back on. Later when my warranty matured I took my truck somewhere just to find that the only thing g wrong with my truck was a loose heat shield that was rattling. DO NOT TAKE TOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CHEAT AND LIE TO YOU!!! BEWARE!! More
Customers beware of the crooked service department! Took my truck in because the dome lights were staying on. I told them I disconnected the battery so that it would not be drained. David the service Took my truck in because the dome lights were staying on. I told them I disconnected the battery so that it would not be drained. David the service advisor tried to tell me that my battery was shot and the battery cable was corroded and both needed to be replaced at a cost of over $600. I had not had any problems with my battery at all. He said the battery would be $200 + $40 to install it and actually thought I was dumb enough to be charged a "BATTERY PROGRAMMING" fee of almost $200. He also claimed that they don't make battery cables for my truck anymore so they would have to make one at some price around $200 dollars too. I told he to go ahead and replace the cable but not the battery. He said they couldn't even do the diagnostic without replacing the battery. So I said I would just come and pick up my truck. They still charged me $407 for the cable and diagnostic that he said they "couldn't do". I don't think they even replaced the battery cable. It looks like they only put a new connector on and slapped a lot of electrical tape around it so you can't tell. If the cable had actually been replaced, there would not be any need for tape. And by the way he was lying about there not being cables made to fit my truck. Autozone had at least 5 different cables that would fit. And the connector cost around $5-$10. I think they purposely make the invoices so you can't figure out exactly what you are being charged for. But I certainly should not have been charged the $130 diagnostic fee because he said they could not do the diagnostic. And the original problem of my dome light was never even looked at. And I have not had any problems with my battery since picking up my truck. More
Made an appointment a month ago for today at 11:00am. I believe the APIM needs to be replaced. Ford has it in their computer that my vehicle has a FIELD SERVICE ACTION on the APIM. When making the appointm believe the APIM needs to be replaced. Ford has it in their computer that my vehicle has a FIELD SERVICE ACTION on the APIM. When making the appointment the man said my vehicle was under warranty and the entire cost of replacing the APIM would be covered. Upon arrival of my appointment the service department said the cost of diagnostics would be $129.00 and the would have to keep my car for 4-5 days. I told them I had an appointment and they said they were backed up. I asked them about the warranty and they looked up my vehicle and said it was out of warranty. I then left the dealership and will not be back. A complete waste of my time to bring my car in. They mislead me to get me in there. That is no way to treat a costumer. The man on the phone should have told me the cost and that my car was out of warranty. I will not be back to Liberty Ford More
