Took my truck in for warranty work and three days later I couldn’t get through on the phone or get someone to call me back! Terrible service department with no customer service skills at all! Body Shop repair at Downtown Ford/Lincoln Saw Ken at Dealership to get estimate on repair. He inspected damaged mirror , prepared estimate. Replacement not in stock would have within a couple days and would call to schedule. I signed off on estimate. In and out within less than 1/2 hour. Received his call a couple days later, Scheduled date and time, and estimated time required to complete. Killed some time at dealership until Bryan notified me on the P A system that repair was complete and ready for checkout. Time required was right on the estimate. Result was excellent. This was the first time I was at this dealership in over 10 years. My Lincoln needed recall service, so I took it to downtown Ford. The individuals named are body shop employees . The estimate was much lower than the other estimate I obtained . Based on my examination the rear passenger door and other body work looks excellent. I have gone to Downtown Ford for years both to buy and mainteance. I have always been treated fairly. Bruce, in the Service Dept., has always taken care of my new vehicles and the older ones I have.
