we had issues with a backup camera working and took months to get a new one on a NEW Ford f-150 and when we did get a new one, it was subpar at best, poor quality and substandard functions on camera. Have been dealing with this issue for months, before this issue we bought or leased all of our vehicles thru this dealership but now i think we will have to go somewhere else, disappointed with this exoerience More

After trying 2 months earlier to bring my Transit in for warranty service and being promised a call back, which did not happen, I called again. This time Sophia took the called and quickly set up a day and warranty service and being promised a call back, which did not happen, I called again. This time Sophia took the called and quickly set up a day and time which was mutually agreeable. Upon arrival she also came outside to greet me and took over from there. I went on to breakfast, and was pleased when she called telling me my vehicle was ready, and the warranty service was not necessary for my vehicle. Had my truck in there 3 times in the last 2 months. Had less than acceptable service on all 3 occasions. All 3 times were for different issues. Have had several email exchanges with the General Manager Ric less than acceptable service on all 3 occasions. All 3 times were for different issues. Have had several email exchanges with the General Manager Richard Shagovac. His excuses for his poor performing mechanics and parts department employees only perpetuate them to continue poor performance to the clients. Mr. Shagovas job is not to make excuses but to manage his employees were they either perform to an acceptable standard or they should look for another job some where else. More

Horrible service that should not be trusted. They lied about what was wrong with my car, saying that my brake pads were "down to metal on metal"; I took my car to personal mechanic two days later and watc about what was wrong with my car, saying that my brake pads were "down to metal on metal"; I took my car to personal mechanic two days later and watched him remove the brake pads that were NOWHERE NEAR down to metal on metal like they said. They lied to me thinking that I would have no choice but to have them fix the problem for over $400. Very dishonest and they should be ashamed of trying to rip people off. I would not recommend that anyone take their car to this dealership for service. More
