Everything is fantastik. However, I am not happy at all about the face diaper thing. You wanna live the rest of your lives in fear, YOU GO RIGHT AHEAD!!! I ((REFUSE)) to live your nightmare!!! Everytime I'm there, i feel incredibly uncomfortable because of all the stares and glares i get, as if I'm a terrible person who doesn't care about anyone. I’m trying so hard to give this dealership a good review, I really am. However, my experience was a nightmare. I’ve worked in dealerships so I fully understand that things happen BUT the communication from t I really am. However, my experience was a nightmare. I’ve worked in dealerships so I fully understand that things happen BUT the communication from this dealership is atrocious, which is the reason for this review. I had tires replaced a year ago with an advisor that is no longer there, and the tread was wearing very quickly. So I contact the store and leave a message for one advisor. One week later, no response. Call again, leave a message for a different advisor, still no response. About a month or so later I call and ask for management to which I’m told they aren’t available. The wonderful lady on the phone (wish I could remember her name) told me she would call me right back. So she speaks to management about my concern and then SHE, not management, calls me back saying I need to set an appointment. I live in Canton so getting to Brunswick isn’t easy for me with work. I go in and get matched with Zach who is super nice, tells me we can do the replacement for $40 per tire plus M&B which comes out to approximately $260 after tax. They don’t have the tires in stock, so I schedule an appointment to come back the following week. Go to check out and I’m told it will be $330, I told him that wasn’t the agreed pricing. So he comes back with $302. I paid it and left. The next day, I look at the tires on my car and they are the wrong tire. Complete wrong brand and all. So I call and get Nicole, explain what’s going on and wait for a call back for an explanation. She calls me back later that day and says there’s a discrepancy with the repair orders and part numbers, but obviously no one verified the tires on the car with the part number (which don’t match btw, so this was a problem from the very beginning a year ago). She tells me she will refund the $40 difference I paid (which I never got), come pick up my car, give me a couple oil changes free and set me up with a loaner while they have my car. I told her I work in Hartville so they could pickup my car while I’m at work and I don’t even need a rental and finished by saying I would get a call when the tires come in. THREE WEEKS later, I’m getting annoyed that no one has contacted me, so I call them. Nicole calls me back and I say “it’s been three weeks just looking for an update”. She says “just need your address and we will get you all set” ..... so, how long have the tires been there and why didn’t I get a call? I tell her I’m in Canton and she says “I can’t send them an hour away” (totally understandable but don’t tell me you can, then you can’t). Now, on my day off, again, I’m heading to Brunswick to get their mistake fixed. I asked if she could just do an alignment instead of giving me free maintenance, and call it even. She agreed and I’ve finally gotten everything finalized. Zach was great! Management however, terrible. If I lived in the area and this was my hometown dealership, I’d never be back and definitely don’t recommend them to anyone that I know in the area. More

we had issues with a backup camera working and took months to get a new one on a NEW Ford f-150 and when we did get a new one, it was subpar at best, poor quality and substandard functions on camera. Have been dealing with this issue for months, before this issue we bought or leased all of our vehicles thru this dealership but now i think we will have to go somewhere else, disappointed with this exoerience More

I would deal with them for everything I need. They are the best service dept. I have ever dealt with. After trying 2 months earlier to bring my Transit in for warranty service and being promised a call back, which did not happen, I called again. This time Sophia took the called and quickly set up a day and warranty service and being promised a call back, which did not happen, I called again. This time Sophia took the called and quickly set up a day and time which was mutually agreeable. Upon arrival she also came outside to greet me and took over from there. I went on to breakfast, and was pleased when she called telling me my vehicle was ready, and the warranty service was not necessary for my vehicle.
