Ever since I've owned my first Escape, a 2014, I've taken it to Liberty Ford for all of my service needs. When it came time to upgrade my Escape i went to Liberty to purchase my 2020. This occasion was no different from all the previous ones. My vehicle was serviced promptly and I was on my way. It was a cold day and the hot chocolate machine was malfunctioning. A very nice young man from finance was nearby and said he would fix it. I wandered into the showroom and a bit later he brought me a hot chocolate. That is the kind of thing that they do here. More
