Nice dealership, they try hard, but sometimes fail. Service is OK, but sometimes not. Keep track of what they do or don't do to your vehicle. Everyone is friendly though, I'll give them that. I was thrilled when Zach was able to squeeze my Ford Escape in for a service call - within an hour. Not only was the team able to diagnose the problem, but they fixed it without overcharging me - and t Escape in for a service call - within an hour. Not only was the team able to diagnose the problem, but they fixed it without overcharging me - and threw in a complimentary car wash to boot! Nothing but good things to say about my first experience with Liberty Ford. This will certainly not be my last visit. More

Took Edge in for an early morning oil change. Woke up in some discomfort from my IBS. Asked Victoria if she could get out of there as soon as possible due to by discomfort. She came through for me and I was some discomfort from my IBS. Asked Victoria if she could get out of there as soon as possible due to by discomfort. She came through for me and I was done in thirty minutes. I always appreciate there friendliness and efficiency. Plus their service prices are reasonable when repairs are required.
