Ripoff Dealer if a rip-off. Flat rate price on replacing third brake light is $115 they charged me $268 plus parts love the screw people over I do not recomm Dealer if a rip-off. Worst Ford dealership in NE Ohio. They don't care about you I don't know how to articulate how disappointed I am with the service at this dealership. Everything from the (extremely) low-ball trade-in offer, the inability to diagnose my service issue on a CPO truck I bought from them, to broken promises of follow up phone calls, I don't know where to begin. Hopefully this review will prompt some action and service. I went out of my way (literally, as I live 25 miles from this dealership and pass no less than 3 other competitive dealerships) to give my business to Brunswick and there is no feeling of appreciation whatsoever. I will not be going back. More

If I could rate it 0 stars I would 1) Maintenance contract stated I would have a rental car for the duration of the 100,000 maintenance agreement. Out of the 11 or so visits they manage 1) Maintenance contract stated I would have a rental car for the duration of the 100,000 maintenance agreement. Out of the 11 or so visits they managed to get me into a car 4 times. Fought me on everyone of those too! 2) 34,000 miles Chrome was peeling off tail lights. They said they would have new ones for the next visit. 41,500 miles next visit, nothing in the computer, so out of warranty and no replacement. 3) Parts department is the dingiest, most unorganized department I have ever seen. 4) Service director is now refusing to service an electrical issue with the car. 5) I am sixty years old and in sales. I have owned twelve cars all American including three Ford Taurus's. Never have I experienced a service department as poor and amaturish as this one. If your Ford has an issue and Liberty Ford Brunswick is your only service option, pull your car to the side of the road and burn it. You'll be much better off. More
Customer Service sucks A few months ago i received a notice from Ford of a fuel system recall and would be notified when parts came in to complete service.Aprox 1 1/2 months A few months ago i received a notice from Ford of a fuel system recall and would be notified when parts came in to complete service.Aprox 1 1/2 months ago got the call from liberty ford that parts were in.Two weeks ago i made appointment to bring car in.i had to rearrange appointments and work schedule to bring car in and leave it.my wife also had to do the same so that she could drop me off and take me back to pick car up.I took it in on day of appointment and was then told that not all the parts are in and the fuel pump was on back order and no idea when it would be in. They knew this a week before but failed to notify me. So again my wife and i will have to rearrange our schedules sometime in the future.In 50yrs,i have bought many vehicles and dealt with numerous dealerships,and this has to be the worse customer service ever.I spoke with a Nicole in service who was very sympathetic but it doesn't help all the inconvenience this has and will cause me More
Who forgets to put caps back on?! Had a service appointment for The Works & a recall. After spending $150 & 3.5hrs waiting we got the car home only to find it was making a constant lou Had a service appointment for The Works & a recall. After spending $150 & 3.5hrs waiting we got the car home only to find it was making a constant loud bubbling noise. Opened the hood and the coolant cap was not on it, coolant was bubbling, cap was left on the edge near the front under the hood, coolant was below the Min line because the coolant sloshed all over the engine during the drive from Ford to our home. Took the car back in for them to address these issues - was told it would be taken care of right away & 'not a big deal'. Spent another hour waiting. No money was taken off of our bill for this issue. More
Service work Dont risk your life on this place. Had some axle work done and the xxxxxxx that had my calipers off never tightened the bolts back afterward. So a w Dont risk your life on this place. So a week down the road while driving on the highway the bolts fall off and my truck comes to a hault. The caliper became lose and slid up til it jammed the tire. DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR HERE. More
Excellent service department I was pleasantly surprised when I took my Escape in for an oil change. They took me right away at my appointment time, walked me to waiting room and I was pleasantly surprised when I took my Escape in for an oil change. They took me right away at my appointment time, walked me to waiting room and when finished Tom from service escorted me to service desk and to my car. I was met by another rep who opened my door for me. My car also had been washed! More
