Airbag Replacement I recently had my airbag replaced at Liberty Ford Brunswick due to the recall on faulty airbags. As soon as I was notified the replacement was availa I recently had my airbag replaced at Liberty Ford Brunswick due to the recall on faulty airbags. As soon as I was notified the replacement was available, I called the Liberty Ford's service department and they were able to get my vehicle in within a few days for the replacement. Their service, as always, was professional and efficient. I waited at Liberty while the airbag was replaced and the job was finished in less time than quoted. The Ford Motor Company had also made arrangements for owners of these vehicles to have a rental car until the airbags were available, if needed, at no cost to the owner. This was very much appreciated. Liberty Ford Brunswick had a dedicated service person handle the rental car arrangements. Having one person handle the arrangements for this was efficient and easier for us as customers. Thank you Liberty Ford Brunswick for that. Liberty Ford Brunswick service Department did a great job. Great Service Stefani Collier was the service employee that handled my car. She was extremely friendly. She got my car fixed after and accident. I noticed a noise when I picked it up and called immediately. I made an appointment to bring it back in because I was on my way to work. She then had to deal with my slow insurance company. She kept me updated. My bad experience with my insurance was made better by her updates and cooperation with my insurance broker. Stefani was very knowledgeable and honest. More

TIRE REPAIR The service department handled and repaired my tire. It was an aluminum rim leak. The staff was good about doing it right, however, when I came in they opened the hood to check fluids and the car was later washed, all with the right intentions. After all the people who saw my vehicle, no one noticed my hood was never closed all the way. I had to close the hood before leaving. It would have been a little better if someone noticed the hood not being closed. More

I called Liberty Ford twice to set up an appointment to have it installed. The first time I was told by the Service Manager, Stephanie that I'd be called back that day. Three days went by without a callback. I called her back and she said she would check on the airbag while I was on hold. I was on hold for 12 minutes then was hung up on! I will never buy a new car from here. More
