Excellent Service I scheduled the 40,000 mile service for my 2017 Ford Edge with Dan Harris. This is a fleet vehicle under Ford's fleet care program. Dan was outstand I scheduled the 40,000 mile service for my 2017 Ford Edge with Dan Harris. This is a fleet vehicle under Ford's fleet care program. Dan was outstanding. In addition to the normal service, I had him look at a bad parking lot ding in my right front quarter panel. Dan had it rubbed out and most of the marks came off. He also measured the tread depth of my tires and recommended replacements, calling my fleet manager himself to explain the condition of the existing tires and securing approval for replacements. Meanwhile, I was comfortable and productive in the customer lounge, working remotely via the free wi-fi connection. I was back on the road in no time and truly appreciated Dan for his exemplary customer service. I recommend Liberty Ford in Brunswick to everyone. The service department is always accommodating and responsive, and the amenities are perfect for waiting during service vs. the hassle of having to drop off a vehicle and arrange pick up at a later time. More

Mysterious dead battery I went in for an LOF and tire rotate. My truck had no mechanical issues. All the sudden I have a dead, bad battery that was only three years old? I s I went in for an LOF and tire rotate. My truck had no mechanical issues. All the sudden I have a dead, bad battery that was only three years old? I still find this hard to believe. So I purchase a new battery and when I go to start my truck and leave, guess what, the new battery was dead. Coincidence, I still find hard to believe. Something happened in the service bay to cause my battery to short out and not told to me, possibility. Not saying that happened, but I don't buy coincidence. Will I go back to Liberty Ford for future service or purchase, service I haven't decided, purchase, no way. Bad experience with lease with mother-in-law, but that's another story. More
