Problems but fixed without a hassle I had to bring my car in a few times because the button that you hit for verbal commands wouldn't always work. They changed different parts each time. My 3rd row seat wouldn't go down when I had to bring my car back in to get the button fixed. My extended warranty literally just expired. They were so nice and fixed the 3rd row seat and put it under my extended warranty bc of me having to have the button fixed for the 3rd time. I just paid the deductible. They had to order a part for the seat. Brought it back in. Needed another part and had to keep my car another day. Gave me a loaner car without me asking. Got car back and rearview camera started saying take to dealer. Brought back and they fixed it. Then the clip that holds the rear door mechanism kept coming out. I was camping when we noticed it. Brought back in w/o an appointment like they said on the phone. Dan was unable to clip it in and broke a small piece but got it working again. He stated he will call me when the part comes in. I honestly just have bad luck with stuff like this. Always have! They have fixed everything each time without a hassle. Dan has been very nice. Service has been great! Just bad luck...lol More

Not only did she listen and take notes on every detail, she came through with all of my requests and was so happy and excited for me in getting the vehicle I wanted. I was not looking forward to the experience at all, because typically car salesmen are pushy and try to talk you into something you don’t want. That did not happen at all with Julia. She made this the best car buying experience ever! More

I made the appointment on line and took the car in at the appointed time. Ashlea quickly got me checked in and arranged for the courtesy van to run me home. There was no problem with me using a Ford Company coupon for the job, which saved me $60. She also made sure that my wheel nuts were replaced at no charge. Paul, the service manager, had promised previously to do that after I had pointed out that the swelling had started before my warranty expired. In all of the years that I have dealt with Liberty Ford of Brunswick I have never had a problem. Everyone is always unfailingly pleasant and helpful. More

Disappointed I purchased my Escape on 5-4-19 three days later I’m calling the service department for service for my new car and it lived in the Liberty ford servic I purchased my Escape on 5-4-19 three days later I’m calling the service department for service for my new car and it lived in the Liberty ford service department more then I got to drive it when I took it in for service they wouldn’t write it up for why it was there they never put down the truth I was taking it in service because the Escape had a rattle underneath Nicole the service manager was the one taking care of me and I don’t know why she wouldn’t write down the right service claim was it because she was unable to find my problem she wrote down that there was a rattle in the side mirror that was wrong my Escape went in for the same problem to the service department for like five or more times it was for the rattle in the Escape I finally had to contact Ford Motor to help me get my Escape taken care of I have to say since I purchased it I drove that Escape a total of 2 weeks now mine you it is now July and my Escape is still in service I have drove the dealerships cars more then the one I purchased I feel that Liberty Ford put me though a lot of stress and aggravation being it was a new vehicle and only a week old when it went into service and they couldn’t find the problem you think they would of offered me another new vehicle well If it wasn’t for Ford Motor company my Escape would probably still would be in service and they probably would of give it back to me the same way I took it in they kept saying they don’t hear a rattle I am so glad I called Ford Motor company for I got to pick up my car on 7-17-19 and so far my Escape is fine it took Ford Motor company to get on them and to stay on them until it was fixed right More
