Worst service department I have ever went to. Had the works done . Two weeks later broke down and had the car serviced somewhere else $1,300.00 to get it fixed for everything that Liberty was suppose to works done . perplexing Service department was friendly but they had problems getting the parts from ford and did not call to let me know, until I called the next day . Had t Service department was friendly but they had problems getting the parts from ford and did not call to let me know, until I called the next day . Had to wait a week before parts came in. I drove truck back to dealer for service only to find out not all the parts came in. I had to wait 2 more days for part that was missing to arrive so they could finish service. Picked truck up from dealer, drove to store 5 minutes away, came out and tried to use remote start and would not work. Went back to dealer, found out that mechanic did not shut hood all the way. Other than that they were GREAT. More

Top notch service Bought a new Escape from Liberty Ford Brunswick. After 17,000 miles, the engine started having issues. My local Ford dealer had an attitude when I too Bought a new Escape from Liberty Ford Brunswick. After 17,000 miles, the engine started having issues. My local Ford dealer had an attitude when I took it there. I scheduled an appointment at Liberty Ford Brunswick where they did the outlined procedure recommended by Ford to troubleshoot the problem. They promptly ordered all parts and replaced the short block. Problem solved first trip! Dan Harris kept in contact throughout the process which is quite involved. More
