Wonderful service advisor.Incompetant mchanic I recently took my 2014 ford F150 in for a front end noise. The dealer had my truck for a week between diagnosing and replacing a front hub assembly u I recently took my 2014 ford F150 in for a front end noise. The dealer had my truck for a week between diagnosing and replacing a front hub assembly under warranty. I was ok with the duration since I was on vacation at the time. My service adviser was very good and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.During the replacement they noticed the front brake rotor was heavily rusted and inside pad was wore down on the side they replaced. I appreciated the pro active information and told my service advisor I would take care of it myself. A couple days later after getting the truck back I went to remove the front wheels. The side they replace the hub on had the lug nuts on so tight I broke one tire iron and two socket adapters along with chewing up three of the five lug nuts on the wheel. I do not see a need to use air impact tools to torque on a wheel. When removing the other front wheel the lugs came off with no problem, but the wheel was "frozen" to the hub indicating it has not been off in quite some time. When I called my service advisor back he was very understanding and willing to make it rite. He spoke with his mechanic and informed me "they had both front wheels off". I explained to him that was impossible since the wheel was seized to the rotor and had to be removed with a rubber mallet. I had to take my truck back to the dealer without the missing lug nuts on where they replaced the ones that got chewed up and my advisor ordered me a new lug wrench. I am very happy with my advisor, but do not appreciate the dishonesty of the mechanic or the lack of professionalism displayed by him either. This was my first service experience with Brunswick Ford and am reluctant to go back at this time. More
Unreliable service department Sales experience was not good but the sales manager was very apologetic and responsive to make up for that. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I've been made to wait hours on several occasions despite having an appointment and only being there for simple things like an oil change/bug guard install without any update. Communication and follow-up is also poor. They even scratched my hood with the last service and never contacted me to follow-up and arrange for the repair. I've had to return on several occasions for my poor repairs/installation jobs to be redone, which resulted in wasting another day off. I also purchased an extended warranty/service plan and will be finding another dealership to work with from here on out. More

Worst service department I have ever went to. Had the works done . Two weeks later broke down and had the car serviced somewhere else $1,300.00 to get it fixed for everything that Liberty was suppose to works done . Even had back inside brake pad had already wore into the rotors. More
perplexing Service department was friendly but they had problems getting the parts from ford and did not call to let me know, until I called the next day . I drove truck back to dealer for service only to find out not all the parts came in. I had to wait 2 more days for part that was missing to arrive so they could finish service. Picked truck up from dealer, drove to store 5 minutes away, came out and tried to use remote start and would not work. Went back to dealer, found out that mechanic did not shut hood all the way. Other than that they were GREAT. More
