Not only did she listen and take notes on every detail, she came through with all of my requests and was so happy and excited for me in getting the vehicle I wanted. I was not looking forward to the experience at all, because typically car salesmen are pushy and try to talk you into something you don’t want. That did not happen at all with Julia. She made this the best car buying experience ever! More

There was no problem with me using a Ford Company coupon for the job, which saved me $60. She also made sure that my wheel nuts were replaced at no charge. Paul, the service manager, had promised previously to do that after I had pointed out that the swelling had started before my warranty expired. In all of the years that I have dealt with Liberty Ford of Brunswick I have never had a problem. Everyone is always unfailingly pleasant and helpful. More

Originally I found a car like this at Liberty Ford of Brunswick ... I reserved it online around 11:30am on Fri .. salesperson called me and left a voicemail around 1pm, at 3:30pm I called her, at 4:30pm I called her (left voicemails both times) finally at 5:30pm I called again and just got a different salesperson and they said that Julia was a very popular person there and that she would get a note to call me back, so she did around 6:15pm. She explained that this particular car was being driver by the owner of Liberty Ford as a demo vehicle & that she couldn’t just call him that she would have to go up the ladder to call him. I said fine no problem I understand and she said she would prob be able to get it for Saturday possibly ... if not for sure Monday ... I have never heard back from here until today ... about 2 hours ago when someone else asked me if I wanted to come see that Fusion ..... HOWEVER !! On Sunday of last week I went to AutoNation Ford North Canton because they had 5 of what I wanted in all colors to choose from however when I arrived they were all sold already (man they move some cars now lol) but you know what my salesperson Ashley May GOT ME WHAT I WANTED... I was going in preapproved, knowing I had negative equity on my trade, exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, the options I wanted, the trim level I wanted, I was going to be the EASIEST SALE EVER !!! .... the funny part - they got it from Liberty Ford in Brunswick - it’s the car the owner was driving around ! she actually did her job as a salesperson and was absolutely xxxxxx awesome to me and our family ... HIGHLY recommend asking for her if you’re in the market for a new Ford / Lincoln or a used car in their lot ... I know they just got a sweet xxx 16 Chrysler 200S AWD V6 model on trade 😂🤣😂 .. Thanks again Ashley ... efffing love this car ! UPDATE: Liberty sent Autonation a BRAND NEW CAR with front end damage behind / along the license plate bracket ... UNBELIEVABLE More
