Had a rattle coming from the rear compartment that I was unable to find the source of. Spoke to Dan and told him that I was heading out of town the next week and was concerned about the rattle. He got me b unable to find the source of. Spoke to Dan and told him that I was heading out of town the next week and was concerned about the rattle. He got me booked into service the next day and they found that my rear suspension mountings had corroded. On a six year old Ford Edge! They ordered the parts and installed them the next day. Dan as usual kept me fully informed and explained in detail what was needed. More

The Service Dept at Liberty Ford in Brunswick Ohio is second to none....always outstanding results..very professional and courteous. Cannot say the same for the Sales staff. I gave them 3 shots at buying second to none....always outstanding results..very professional and courteous. Cannot say the same for the Sales staff. I gave them 3 shots at buying a new vehicle between 2017 and 2019...they turned me down twice....both times went to a different Ford dealer and bought brand new vehicles both times the next days.
