After a 3 year lease, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival Chuck Hawkins had all of the paperwork ready to go. This dealership has nothing for sale/lease at a decent price. The salesman I had, Phil helped me lease a loner Escape three years ago and a somewhat good deal. A year before the lease was up, I received c price. The salesman I had, Phil helped me lease a loner Escape three years ago and a somewhat good deal. A year before the lease was up, I received constant mail and emails annoying me to decide what I wanted to do. I did decide that I was going to buy out the lease and then it was obvious that the salesman didn’t like this. I set a time to meet with him and he had me sign papers quickly then sat me far away in a very dirty empty desk area for almost an hour. Then the very sweet finance guy got me finished up quickly. My loan officer from my credit union overnighted the full payoff amount on 5/21 and we are still waiting for the title! It is now 6/8! I emailed the salesman and asked if he had received it yet and could he let me know and I could drive it over to my credit union but all he could respond with was “it takes about 4 weeks and we will forward to the credit union”. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I have been happy with the service department so I pray they continue with their good customer service. More
