I met with salesman Phil Klatka on Thursday morning at 9AM and looked at a 2019 Honda Civic SI that Liberty Ford in Brunswick had on their lot. The car looked great and Phil was excellent to work with. He 9AM and looked at a 2019 Honda Civic SI that Liberty Ford in Brunswick had on their lot. The car looked great and Phil was excellent to work with. He asked me what I thought of the car and if I was interested in purchasing it. I told him that I was pressed for time but I would like to take it for a short test drive- he made that happen within 2 mins. I drove the car and returned in about 10 mins. Phil asked what I thought and I told him that I would purchase the car if we could come to terms-he asked me what my offer was and then he went to the decision maker and returned to the desk where I was sitting in about a minute and said that we had a deal. I then left the dealership for my appointment and returned later in the afternoon and we completed all of the paperwork. I advised that I needed the car to be delivered and Phil said that he would bring the car out the next morning at 9AM. The next morning at 9AM Phil arrived in my nice Honda Civic at my home. If anyone wants a no hassle car deal, please see Phil Klatka at Liberty Ford Brunswick. He knew my time was important, the negotiations were very easy, and the test drive (alone) was greatly appreciated. On top of how easy it was to deal with the dealership, Phil arrived the next morning right on time- excellent experience all the way around.
