Not happy. I bought $200 worth of parts from Liberty Ford Aurora. I asked a simple question at the service department if I could get Torque Specs. Upon arrival, one can look forward to an explanation of your services as well the amount of time which is needed for the service. Plus, if the service worker finds any areas of concern, it is brought to my attention and approval. The service waiting room has a variety of not only coffee but also healthy snacks. The prices for services are reasonable. Each vehicle is washed in the onsite car wash . More
Great Service Departmemt I had an odd issue with my Ford CMax battery. The team at Liberty Ford Solon worked diligently to try and solve the problem and brought a Ford enginee I had an odd issue with my Ford CMax battery. The team at Liberty Ford Solon worked diligently to try and solve the problem and brought a Ford engineer in to work on discovering the issue. Brian from service was checking in with me throughout the process and kept me aware of how things were going. I will continue to bring my cars here for service. I had a couple of problems with my 2017 Ford fusion before which is not even a year old. The last time i had a problem, Brian gave me his card and told me to call him anytime I have a problem with my car. Maybe he did that all for show cause the service manager was in the room with him. So I call up Brian and told him that my battery went dead and I had to get it jumped. He listen to me and said that he could check out my car for me so we schedule an appointment. When i get there I told him that the day my battery had died, I had my radio on for a hour. He than start talking to me like a kid and tell me that I caused the battery to die. I said ok but I had other battery problems with my car and he say rudely that it was a long time ago. So he just standing there like he is waiting for me to leave. I ask him if he's going to look at my car. He say sarcastically that I'm going to tell you the same thing. I'm still under warranty and wanted to make sure everything in my car was ok. In have that right to have my car looked at by a Ford Services. All he had to do was have someone checkout my car like he scheduled me. If everything was ok, than I'm happy. I know he wouldn't talk to me that way if I was a man. The sales manager is no better. When he was selling me the car, he was so nice and friendly. When you tell him problems going on with your car he doesn't want to hear it and will cut you off. I will never purchase a car or have my car service at Liberty Ford Solon More
I think I'm done with Ford. I hear dodge is moving up Never buy a ford again. Purshased a transit connect new. One problem after the other. John called 2 days ago saying a tech looking at it and will have an answer yesterday. I called today since I heard nothing and I different guy telling they will try to look at it today 6 days later. Scheduling is a pleasure and they always get the job done when promised. Left me Hanging Made an appt weeks before for an 8 am oil change Saturday October 24th at Liberty Ford Solon. Dropped the car off at 8:05 am, two cars ahead of me in the service bay entrance. i told them i had an appt for an oil change and my low tire pressure warning light had come on. They took my cell phone number, told me they would call when it was finished and i left to walk around. 2.5 hours later i was sitting in the showroom and nobody asked me if i needed help or was taken care of. so i went to the service desk and asked "Dude where's my car?" to which Jack (service manager?) replied "Oh i didnt realize you were waiting for it, we havent even started it yet, i'm sorry". First off, nobody asked me if i was going to wait or have somone pick me up, so they wrongly assumed i was leaving the car. Even if i left the car, why on earth would it take all day to do an oil change? Anyway i demanded my car and left in a storm of profanity but the worst part is i still need to get an oil change and i wasted 3 hours on a saturday morning during which i could have been doing ANYTHING else other than hanging out in the xxxxty showroom. Jack did not offer to make it right, he did not offer a free oil change or to move me to the head of the line. He just said "Im sorry sir". What an utter disappointment and crappy attitude. When i called back to complain he said "sir you never gave me an opportunity to fix the problem" Um, yea thats why i called back dumb xxx. You STILL missed the opportunity to correct it. More
