Very impressed After owning many Cadillacs since the 80's, we were so impressed with Greg Davis,general manager, and Liberty Ford Aurora, that we bought a new Ford After owning many Cadillacs since the 80's, we were so impressed with Greg Davis,general manager, and Liberty Ford Aurora, that we bought a new Ford Edge Titanium. Our salesman, David Soto, spent a lot of time explaining the new technology. Steve Bissler, finance/sales mgr, was very helpful in closing the deal. We returned a few days later to learn more about the features in our car, David was off but Jason and A.J. jumped in and showed me how to use. (We are seniors, lol) Congratulations on your new opening in Aurora. Your staff are top-notch! Will recommend Liberty to all. God bless. More

A dealership willing to put the effort in I had a need for a fairly specific truck that only got more complicated to more I learned about various feature that ford offered. My salesman was Gre I had a need for a fairly specific truck that only got more complicated to more I learned about various feature that ford offered. My salesman was Greg and he was way familiar with the F150 line up and the available options that they offer. It took us several days of searching, each time I think I got more picky, but Greg never got frustrated and I ended up with a truck that I’m in love with. The great experience that I had at Liberty is completely because of the great communication Greg provided. This paired with the brand new beautiful location in Aurora means this will be a top spot for all my car needs in the near future. More

Very dishonest dealership with poor after sale follow throug This was a long distance transaction of a Certified Pre-owned Ford. I was lied to by both the salesperson and the used car manager at Liberty Ford of Solon. Tried to escalate up to the dealership manager and they would not return calls. That seemed to be their mo. Ford Motor Company makes fine vehicles, and there are a lot of Ford dealerships out there. Just DO NOT use a Liberty Ford Dealership. You will be disappointed at almost every step of the process of buying a car.You will be lied to, calls will not be returned etc. Find a different Ford dealership A. King More
