We made an appointment to see the car a day in advance, yet when we arrived, the car had never been cleaned out so we had to test drive a very dirty car. Not good during a pandemic. Second, they told us that the tires were within spec, but they were dry rotted and had to be immediately replaced. I took a picture as it is dramatic how bad they were, but this site does not seem to allow uploads. Third, and the worst of the three issues, the car was a quart and a half overfilled with oil. When we alerted the Liberty employee about this, he simply replied that their service department wouldn't do that. Well, they did and then they had to take the car back in to detail it and they still did nothing with the oil. We purchased the car and fixed all that was wrong with it, but we will not be customers of Liberty Ford in the future. Finally, social distancing seems lax in the Aurora facility. More
My service and buying experience was very nice here. However, I purchased a 2017 Edge and within a few days the light bar was full of condensation. Not A Good Experience Had great experience when this dealership was in Solon but not sure what the difference is now that they moved to Aurora. This was my third car purchased from Liberty and this by far was the worse experience. I drove an hour to get here and from the moment I stepped foot in the showroom until I left.. I will not return and will look else where. More

Bad News !! The build date was Nov 8, 2018, I was promised the car by the end of November, when I called December 10, 2018 and inquired where the cas was? They couldn't find it! I canceled the order! More
