If you value integrity, transparency, or any kind of professionalism stay far away from this dealership. I should have known from the beginning. I showed up to test drive a new 2022 f150. As soon as I finished the test drive I like the truck and wanted to buy it.He pointed out that there were dealer options that were not showing on the website nor had been mentioned on the phone and that it would be almost another $5,000. I told them I wasn't interested and that it felt very shady . So they contact me a week later and say that some of these options they can do away with such as the paint protection and the windshield treatment and I would only pay over 2 and 1/2 grand for the other options. First red flag, they lied and said they had already done those things and wanted to charge me in the first place and now all of a sudden they had not done those things. I still would not pay the added money for dealer features that weren't advertised or even spoken of until after I was ready to make a deal after driving almost an hour. They had another truck on the lot. A 2023 platinum that I saw later. I called and asked them specifically about the dealer options before I got there and there were none. After being absolutely xxxxx on my trade-in and having the manager tell me that he wasn't even going to be able to sell my trade in he would have to auction it, I purchased this vehicle along with some Ford extended warranties. The manager even caught himself when we were negotiating and said this one doesn't have any hidden costs. As soon as he said it he tried to change and said well not hidden but you know extras. Well lo and behold I see my truck priced a week later for double what they gave me on the trade-in.... I also call around and find out that the warranties are much cheaper through other Ford dealerships so I try and cancel mine through them and the guy will not cancel it but keeps giving reason after reason I should let them stay. After I finally say to him to cancel it and I do not want any of the things he's trying to do for me he stops replying. Two days later I asked again to verify that it has been canceled and he says it could take up to 45 days. Speaking with the other dealerships I find out this is not true and that I'm due a full refund if under 30 days. . These people will literally try and say anything to scrape a few extra dollars from you. So I just called Ford directly and cancelled them. Surprise surprise they said it would take 2-3 days, NOT 45. After buying a vehicle tagged over $80,000 you would think you wouldn't have to play these kind of games. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford dealership. This is a good reason why you never fill out the manufacturer questionnaires and ratings until you've had the vehicle for a month and dealt with the dealership a little more than just the superficial purchase. Now you can actually say and rate the dealership how they truly deserve and oh boy am I going to. More

I called twice and was transferred to service department and left two voice mails (Derrick and Brian) a couple days apart and received NO call-back. I would go somewhere else but this location is close to work so I could take a work truck in for repairs. Everyone else at Liberty Ford in Aurora seems competent, minus the service advisors..... More

For those of you say “Those were the good ole days,” and yearn for yesterday. Well, I believe that I can grant your wish upon a trip to buy a car at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. The old stereotype of car yearn for yesterday. Well, I believe that I can grant your wish upon a trip to buy a car at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. The old stereotype of car dealerships and sales men/women, being shysters’ lives on at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. Let me take you back in time and provide some nostalgia although please write a note (BUYER BEWARE) and keep it in your pocket and read if over and over as you shop at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. We recently bought a Ford Rapture, used but only about 85,000 miles. A Sales Manager (Lorenzo Martino) came into the picture towards the end of the sale, and said he must read a page of various warranties that have nothing to do with their dealership, but is a requirement of Ford. Well of course each warranty came at an additional cost, and knowing that this vehicle would be a second car with minimal driving, we made the decision to maintain the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance. Mr. Martino then became very upset and spent an additional 20 minutes trying to force us to sign the warranty. Well, within approximately one month the alternator failed. I understand that I passed on a warranty, but I just thought Liberty Ford would stand by their product and provide some assistance. Instead Mr. Martino basically said buyer beware, and you are on your own? Again, this was about ONE MONTH after the sale, and also with very limited driving as this is a second vehicle. Plus several of the warranties did not even cover the alternator. So for those who dream of years past, when car dealerships had the reputation as fast talking and dishonest, head immediately to Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio! More

I can’t say enough good about the team at Liberty Ford Aurora. This dealership and its management are truly unsurpassed! I wasn’t even in the market for a new car but with the trade allowance, competitive Aurora. This dealership and its management are truly unsurpassed! I wasn’t even in the market for a new car but with the trade allowance, competitive pricing and financing, I just couldn’t afford to refuse. My payments are incredibly comfortable and in turn, I have a beautiful brand-new Bronco Sport (which I absolutely love) completely loaded with all the bells and whistles. I would like to personally extend a very sincere and special thank you to A.J., Steve and Aaron for making this happen! This was definitely not the “typical car buying” experience most of us have come to know and dread. I was made to feel comfortable talking and doing business with this group. The knowledge, sincerity, integrity, professionalism and courtesy extended by these men was nothing short of exceptional. Definitely world class customer service. I can honestly say that I trust them implicitly and have no problem recommending them to my family and friends, knowing they will truly do right by them. Danielle Hope, my service representative, patiently listened to my concerns about my 2018 Flex and fully addressed them including the water leak I was continuing to experience with my panoramic vista roof. I received a rental, the regular maintenance was timely performed (for which I paid), and my vista roof was repaired at no cost to me. (Note: This was the third time my Flex was in for leaks in my panoramic Vista roof, but the first time Liberty Ford would provide service for this issue. I leased this car from another dealer and the first leaks occurred when my vehicle had 635 miles on it and I had had it fir about three months. The second leak occurred July 2019 when my Flex had 11,950 miles on it. The third leak is this service visit. Given that this was a outstanding issue, it was recommended by the dealership where I originally leased this vehicle that I contact Ford directly. Ford Customer Relations worked directly with Liberty Ford Aurora in taking care of the water leak at no cost to me. ) It is great to know that Ford stands by its products, appreciates its longtime customers (we have been part of the Ford family for over 45 years), and that Liberty Ford Aurora once again took care of my service needs. Thank you Danielle for your the empathy, care, service, patience, and professional manner in which you took care of my Flex. It feels good to be back home! More
