I wanted to trade in my Escape for a more fuel efficient car since I was driving much more than I had expected. My usual salesman was not available so Pete worked with me. It was a pressured, hard sell and I wished I walked out. Pete made me feel like an idiot for not taking this deal. Typical for male salesman with female buyers. In addition the car I was looking at was focus titanium. They of course did not disclose that the my touch was not working properly in these cars. That was the feature that had caught my attention. It did not work for the first 6 months I owned the car until the new software came out. Lemon law did not fit the situation because it was not a "significant enough" problem. The general manager said he would make it right but then never called. No integrity here. Just want your money More

We saw a used car for sale within our price range. We talked with Keir and asked if we could get more in for our trade-in - he made it happen. He promised us that the car is in good condition. My wife and I visited the showroom on June 14 with the intention of buying a new Escape to replace our 2002 Escape which we loved. We test drove two models and it was getting late. As we were leaving at closing time, I informed the young man that I was a serious buyer and I gave him a ballpark idea of the difference I was willing to pay for the new vehicle, with mine in trade. He said he would discuss it with his boss in the morning and give me a call. Well, the call never came. A week passed and we decided to go to Mullinax East. We purchased our new Escape at Mullinax last night for a difference in price within $200 of the number I gave the young man. Opportunity lost! Learn a lesson...make your follow-up calls! Your customers expect you to do what you say you're going to do. I for one, am not about to chase someone to give them my money. If a dealer cannot follow up on a simple sales call, what must their all-around service be like? BN More
The customer services is the worst. We verbally agreed to a price and they changed the numbers in the contract. Since I signed without noticing the change since the numbers were similar but with a differ to a price and they changed the numbers in the contract. I can't recall the woman's name, but I bought a used '05 Taurus from her about a year ago (company lease buy out). She was extremely friendly and helped troubleshoot a financing dilemma I was having. If I had to guess I would say she was between 40-50 yrs. old. I'm not very touchy feely with strangers but I felt like giving this woman a hug after it was all said and done. I took my 2002 Expedition the Liberty Ford Solon for service (cracked exhaust manifold). The dealer had the truck for 5 day but indicated that the service was completed in two. They were unable to exp service (cracked exhaust manifold). The dealer had the truck for 5 day but indicated that the service was completed in two. They were unable to explain the remaining three days. When I picked up the truck there was damage to the front bumper (dented and paint chipped) and the left running board and rear quarter panel. I notified the service manager and store manager. Both informed me that "leaving my truck with them was no different that parking in a KMART parking lot." They are not responsible for damage that occurs while the truck is in their lot. Think twice about doing business with a company that is this irresponsible with your investment! More
