I think I'm done with Ford. I hear dodge is moving up Never buy a ford again. Purshased a transit connect new. One problem after the other. John called 2 days ago saying a tech looking at it and will have an answer yesterday. I called today since I heard nothing and I different guy telling they will try to look at it today 6 days later. We are from Pittsburgh and I was looking to purchase a new mustang at a local dealership, for some reason the day we were going to buy it I was no cra We are from Pittsburgh and I was looking to purchase a new mustang at a local dealership, for some reason the day we were going to buy it I was no crazy about it. In the meantime my husband found Liberty Ford online and notice there was the same mustang but a different color and called and was lucky to speak with Volante. Volante explained details about the car and also sent us more pictures and reached out to us again in the evening. We decided to take the road trip to Ohio the very next day and meet Volante and the car!!! We had the pleasure dealing with Volante, Keith and the finance pro, Anthony. These guys are top notch and I would drive again from Pittsburgh to buy a car from them from this Ford Dealership. They should be awarded on how down to earth, kind and funny they all were. It was such a fun day at Liberty Ford. Thanks! More

Rick has sold me a Mustang and a Fusion, and leased t I recently purchased my 4th car at Liberty Ford in Solon. Rick Neathery is always my salesman. Rick has sold me a Mustang and a Fusion, and leased two Fusions with me. He always goes above and beyond his efforts to get me a great car for a great deal. I actually thought of looking at some Buicks, but I would not leave Rick to work with another dealership. I absolutely love my 2017 Fusion! More
The Worst, By far Negotiations and purchase of my 2016 Focus were conducted predominantly via email. When it came time for delivery on Aug 15 my deal was handed off fro Negotiations and purchase of my 2016 Focus were conducted predominantly via email. When it came time for delivery on Aug 15 my deal was handed off from one sales person to another and then to another. The deal included installation of a Class II hitch so there was supposed to be a delay of "a couple" of days to get the hitch and adapter. The vehicle had been driven approx 1270 miles by a Liberty employee so they also agreed to completely clean and detail the vehicle and give me an oil change coupon. Here is an excerpt from one of the last communications I received on Aug 18: "The hitch and adapter should be in tomorrow and then we can set up installation on Monday. We will also re-detail the vehicle and buff the scratches." Days passed and then a week and then two weeks. It has now been over six weeks and I have not heard a word from the dealership about any of the promised items. I stopped emailing them after two weeks. Worst car-buying experience of my life. I am 65 and I have bought dozens of cars. The last four have been Ford products, but this will be my last. I had a bad experience at Liberty several years back, when a sales person failed to follow up with me on pricing and features and I eventually bought my 2011 Escape elsewhere. I decided to give them a second chance...BIG MISTAKE! Avoid Liberty Ford like the plague! More

Steve Rhodes was absolutely excellent, and told me everything in language I, in my naivety, could understand. He was upfront, honest, and even encouraged me to build a car that didn't include things I didn't need, and didn't need to pay for. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and can only hope to use Liberty Ford for all my vehicle needs. More

Be Careful of THEIR Mistakes!! Everyone there is super nice, while you are buying the vehicle. But afterwards, you better watch out. They made several mistakes immediately after t Everyone there is super nice, while you are buying the vehicle. But afterwards, you better watch out. They made several mistakes immediately after the purchase that in turn cost me a good chunk of money that I needed to come up with immediately, at the same time, having to cancel my extended warranty that they spent 30 minutes convincing us to purchase. When these errors were brought to my attention, we received approximately 10 different stories, from about 4 different people, blaming anyone but themselves, and lying about almost everything. At the same time, they were sending us paperwork to back up their lies, and only actually proved their lies. There is a financially binding document sent to us that has my fiance's "signature" but it is definitely not his signature!!! Not even close. The dealership refuses to respond to anything. Disgusting. If they would have just come out from the start and talked to us immediately, stating they made a mistake, or in this case several mistakes, none of this would have happened. Everything would have been taken care of through our lender, and we would have NEVER even known that there was a forged signature in the mix. Sad that people do business like this, and the entire dealership stands behind this practice. More
