We bought a black used 2021 Ford Transit Connect that used to be a shuttle used by of Liberty Ford of Aurora. NOTHING! I was texted by David Becker, I am assuming he's a salesman. When I asked him about this, he ghosted me. Is this how dealers represent themselves at Ford? I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been a chevy customer all of my life and this was our first Ford. I am really sorry I bought it because of the way this dealer treats their customers. They couldn't look in their service records and give me a simple answer. I gave them the VIN# and proof of ownership. Their service manager never called us back after we left him a message. Avoid this dealership. I'm sure you can find a better deal elsewhere and deal with a group that really cares about their customers. Update: They're telling me they won't tell me due to 911 privacy issues. What's the big secret? Was an airbag removed? Is the car safe to drive? What are they hiding? More
