Extremely Disappointed with Service and Vehicle Quality I WISH I COULD PUT A NEGATIVE STAR!!! :-( I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from Liberty Ford Aurora in December 2023, including a protect Quality I WISH I COULD PUT A NEGATIVE STAR!!! :-( I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from Liberty Ford Aurora in December 2023, including a protection warranty. Just three days after driving off the lot, I had to return the vehicle due to serious transmission issues. They kept the car for nearly three weeks to replace the transmission. Less than a month later, I had to bring it back for the same issue. Since then, it has been in and out of their service department six times for transmission problems—and they have now replaced the transmission three times. The issue still isn’t resolved. To make matters worse, the customer service is unacceptable. Janet in the service department has consistently been rude and unhelpful. She often claims the service manager is unavailable, making communication and resolution even more frustrating. What’s also troubling is that every time the vehicle is serviced under the warranty, the dealership profits—while I’m left without reliable transportation. I expected better from a Ford dealership. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but stressful, time-consuming, and costly. More

Well the salesman lied to me about them installing a Catylitc theft protection and couldn't take it off the price. All it is is insurance. Yes I have buyers remorse and regret buying from them. I like the truck, but not the dealer where they add on cost to the truck you don't need or want. When it was all said and done I could have gotten a brand new truck for same payments. More

When I had a question a few days later on the paperwork he and co-worker were able to explain it to me. After serval weeks I still was not understanding how some of the features worked. I stop back at the dealership the co-worker who had help out with the paperwork was there (unfortunately I didn't get his name). He came out right way and showed me how the features I was having difficulty with worked. He was very patient with me. I now feel confident in using the different things my SUV can do. I all so stopped at the auto parts department. I wanted to get cross rail for the roof rack on the SUV. They were able to find me cross bars for the moonroof that would work without voiding the warranty. Everyone that I met was very friendly and helpful. More
