Very efficient friendly and got me in and out quickly. Only negative I have is that service line phone was not answered and did not get a return phone call so I had to call back a third time. More

Very polite, professional staff. However, the $100 worth of Services state "Carwash upon Request", so not sure if would be charged? Such used to be an automatic courtesy. They don't even put paper mats on More

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. I'm sorry that you didn't get a car wash at either of your visits! We do offer them typically for every customer, but our car wash is on the older side and if the temperature is too cold (I believe below 40-45 degrees), we cannot run it due to it freezing. I'm not sure what the weather was like the day you came, but that could very well be why it didn't get washed. You can stop by any time you are out this way and any of our employees can run it through the wash for you at no cost to you (weather permitting). It is complimentary to our customers and no appointment is needed or anything. We typically do use the paper mats/plastic as well, but we throw them out before returning the vehicle to the customer. I hope you still had a good visit and give us a call at 740-964-3900 if you have any further questions/concerns. Thanks again for your time and review.
