Horrible had to return my Jeep due to bad business This was worst car buying experience I’ve had. I had to return the Jeep due to the dealership telling me the Chrysler’s buy back numbers were higher than mine on the lease trade in. No one I’ve talked to has ever heard of this including the Chrysler financial team that I called twice. That tthen sent an email congratulating my new car purchase. I had to return the Jeep cause they wanted to renegotiate the signed contract after I had the car for a week. Here’s the kicker: They wanted my to pay$900 to take back original Jeep and they threw away my Jeep manual on the Jeep I brought in for the trade. You think I was ever contacted about the replacement book? DO not do business here OH mY GoD Don’t More

I’m a difficult buyer and I know he was put in awkward situations and instead of giving up and letting us leave he did everything he could to make us happy buyers. I would recommend this dealership or should I say our salesman Ryan. More
Jeep Wragler Unlimitged 2015 I have went to this dealership a couple of times now due to issues with my Jeep. I went in one day for a frontend alignment and tire balancing. I was I have went to this dealership a couple of times now due to issues with my Jeep. I went in one day for a frontend alignment and tire balancing. I was at that dealership from 11 am till 6:00 pm. (NONE OF WHICK WAS THEIR FAULT) The reason for the long wait was because the company I was going to for my tire rotation tightened down my lug nuts to hard and the service man could not get them off. I contacted the onther company and they had to replace my spacer and my lug nuts. Needless to say this company will not touch my Jeep again. The service man worked so hard to get my Jeep done. All involved were supper nice and took care of my Jeep and got it back on the road. The parts guy even stayed until my Jeep was done. I had to take it back another time becuase it was over heating. The sercie guy told me he did not know how long the wait would be he was very busy but bring it in anyway. Well I was there 2 hours. They had to replace the water pump. Again exceptional service and attention to me and my Jeep!!! I will not longer be going to anyother dealership to buy another vehicle or to have service done on my Jeep!!! I love them guys all of them!! They were very very nice and very very through!!! HANDS DOWNT THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! More

DON'T BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE Some good people work there but poorly managed. They sucker you in with the so called lifetime warranty on drive train but overcharge on everything else. FOR WARRANTY TO BE HONORED YOU MUST HAVE ALL YOUR MAINTENANCE DONE THERE AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE. You never can get anyone on the phone in service department. Calls ALWAYS go to voice mail and if they call you back at all it's in a day or two. More
Unprofessional My salesman, Kelvin Zimmerman informed me that the Jeep I was interested in needed fuel before I was able to test drive it. Rather than him taking car My salesman, Kelvin Zimmerman informed me that the Jeep I was interested in needed fuel before I was able to test drive it. Rather than him taking care of this, we went to the gas station directly next to the dealership. My father was in the passenger seat, Kelvin was in the back, while I drove. After he put gas into the jeep, I slowly pulled away from the gas pump and turned right. Well...There was a pole that was not insight. None of us knew what I had hit at that moment. Once Kelvin learned it was the pole in front of the pump, he stated "don't feel bad, a salesman did the exact same thing 3 weeks ago." He went on to say how these poles are not visible. Michele in finance also stated she has almost these poles numerous times. WHAT?! So, the dealership still feels it is appropriate for their customers to drive to the gas station with :"said" poles being clearly an issue? Once Kelvin informed the sales manager, Joe Fox. Joe told Kelvin this wasn't a big deal and they could possibly take care of my deductible. This was said AFTER I was asked if I could put money down on the Jeep I was interested in (same make, just a different color than the wrecked one). We continued to move forward with the process of me leasing a vehicle. I asked countless times about what had happended, to assure we were all the same page, Kelvin conveyed he wasn't certain, but they were looking into have the vehicle repaired per their bodyshop. That following morning I called my insurance company. I was was encouraged to wait to hear from the dealership as they would be reaching out. I was told they may want reimbursed for their dedcutible. I heard nothing until the end of the week, and that was from the claims department stating I was at fault for the accident and I was responsible for the deductible. I called the dealership at this time to speak with the manager, Not to create a dispute, but to gain understanding and again to be on the same page. I was told he would call me back. I never received a call. The rep from the insurance company called the dealership once I informed him of the statement that was made in regards to waiving my deductible. Apparently, "this" manager knew nothing about this. I called two additional times that afternoon....still nothing and no call back. I completed the survey that night that was sent via email, and wouldn't you know, I received a call first thing that following morning. The call was from what I am assuming is a customer serv rep from the dealership by the name of Amber. She asked for my story and assured me she would look into it. That was Friday, she said I would hear something today(Monday). I called at 1230 this afternoon and spoke to Amber. she said someone would call me back. The GM called at 4 and chose to have me on speakerphone in the presence of Kelvin and Michele. I felt it was more of a "he said, she said " conversation. As he requested Kelvin to repeat to me what was said that day. I am very well aware of the statment that was made. I mean, this review wouldn't be taking place had that statment not been made. Nor would I have had to encounter such a ridiculous phone call that was a waste of my time! The GM said he was uncertain why I would ever be told such and it was impossible to waive my deductible. The only option would have been to increase my vehicle by $500 and then to cut me a check. I expressed to him that I felt lied to, and this statement was simply used to get me to move forward with the buying process. They completely used the accident to their advantage that day. I received nothing from the GM aside from an awkward and unpforessional phone call that made me feel even worse about my experience. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

Best team in Central Ohio I have purchased many New vehicles in my lifetime. Liberty went above and beyond to get me the vehicle of my dreams at the price I wanted. It is ups I have purchased many New vehicles in my lifetime. Liberty went above and beyond to get me the vehicle of my dreams at the price I wanted. Uninformed Finance Individual It has taken me ten months in which to write this rating of Liberty Dodge Chrysler Jeep because I have had qualms about how much of this problem was m It has taken me ten months in which to write this rating of Liberty Dodge Chrysler Jeep because I have had qualms about how much of this problem was my fault. I bought a new 2016 Jeep and everything was OK until I was directed to see the finance man, Mr. Schenk. I had talked to an individual over the phone before I went to buy the car and was told there was a thousand dollar rebate going on if you financed with Chrysler Finance. The salesman and I agreed on the price of the vehicle and it now was time to see the finance individual, Mr. Schenk. To make a long story short he talked me out of financing it with Chrysler Finance and use Bank America because of the low interest rate they had at the time. He claimed that the interest was mostly up front in the early payments and wasn't feasible to use Chrysler Finance. So I agree like a dummy and when I went to pick up the car the next day, I asked him exactly what was the difference of using Chrysler and the Bank America loan. He sat down and let his fingers do some calculating on the adding machine/computer and it turned out by listening to him it cost me seven hundred dollars. I asked to cancel the Bank America loan since it had been only approved the day before but he said it was too late that Bank America had already run all the paperwork and that I was approved. So the bottom line on this experience is not to take everything at face value and do some of your own research or at least ask the finance individual to show you on paper or the computer exactly the different options available in the financing part of the purchase. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be buying another vehicle at Liberty. More
Terrible customer service I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in all the years I've spent buying vehicles. My fiance and I decided to take a long weekend trip to I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in all the years I've spent buying vehicles. My fiance and I decided to take a long weekend trip to Savannah, GA. We both took two days off in order to spend some alone time together. Six months ago we decided to trade in our two year old focus on a brand new 2015 Dodge Dart. Due to the fact that the only other vehicle we own is a diesel, we decided to bring the Dart to Georgia. We had just past the Hilton Head, SC exit when our Dart decided to completely shut down which cause our brakes to lock and the car to skid. We took it to the closet Dodge dealership to find out the valve box and wiring harness were completely fired. Well, these part had to be special handled to SC and will not arrive till Tuesday which means the car won't be fixed until Wednesday. We both have to be at work Monday. So now you're probably wondering where Liberty comes into this. The problem is my fiance and I can not take two more day off work and spend 300 in diesel to drive down here to retrieve our Dart so we called Liberty for some help on Thursday, the day it happened. It took 5 phone calls in order to talk to someone. After we talked to some they told you we would receive a call back Friday. By 4 o'clock Friday evening we still received no call. It then took 4 phone calls and getting hung up on twice to talk to a manager who then told us the GM would call is right back. Come Saturday morning we still received no call so we call back Saturday at 3 to talk to a manager who then told us it was out car, therefore our problem and they did not care nor would help us. This is not the first time I have had problems with this dealership or a Chrysler product, therefore I will no longer spend my money on either again. I can not believe the poor customer service at this dealership, no one even took the time to apologize for the problems we were having. More
