Quick service visit I had called to get the line for my wipers fixed and the woman I spoke with said there was also a recall on my Pacifica. She offered a loaner car so I I had called to get the line for my wipers fixed and the woman I spoke with said there was also a recall on my Pacifica. She offered a loaner car so I could leave my car there and go to work or offered an evening appointment, which I took. I walked into the service area with my two children, ages three and five, and said I was there for a 5:00 appointment. The woman behind the desk asked what I needed to be done. I explained the two items, and she asked if I was just dropping my car. I repeated that I had an appointment. She looked at me like I had ten heads and questioned me that it was for right then. I said yes, it was a 5:00 appointment since they are open until 7:00. She got all huffy with me, rolled her eyes, and walked off. I was very upset, left feeling like I had said or done something wrong. She hadn't even asked my name to look up the appointment, and I was just arriving at my appointed time. Thankfully, when she came back from wherever she went she was very pleasant. She asked if I would be waiting for my car there, and I said that I was going to take the kids across the street to Culver's. She took my number and called when the car was done. The repairs were covered under warranty and we were home by 6:45! More
