I purchased a 2020 BMW M5 with just over 27,000 miles from Liberty in late October 2023. There were issues with dealing with Liberty from the beginning. First, they didn’t have the title to the car and weren’t able to provide with the documentation necessary for me to obtain title in my home state until March 2024. To her credit, the finance manager did stay on top of this issue until it was resolved, but the title issue should have been a warning sign. When purchasing the car, one of the selling points was the lifetime powertrain warranty. It is advertised all over the website, my sales representative continued to refer back to it during the sales process, the sales manager made it a point to tell me multiple times how nice of perk this warranty was, and the finance manager reiterated the same while we were filling out the paperwork for the warranty. This was an important selling point given the cost of the vehicle and the fact that I am out of state. After driving the M5 for fewer than 2,000 total miles since it was purchased, there was a complete engine failure on the way to taking my daughters to a MLS game. Regular city driving. I was devastated, but at least I knew I had the warranty to backstop me in this terrible scenario. I was patient with the warranty company as they did their due diligence for longer than 5 weeks. During the last week of March, the warranty company started asking questions that one would reasonably interpret as they were going to approve the claim and replace the engine, just as the warranty was explained to me by Liberty. Then on March 29, 2924, I received an email from the warranty company saying that the claim was denied. Not because it the claim was not covered nor that I or my local service manager had not provided sufficient information. The email specifically stated that “This claim is denied per Curt Kassel at Liberty CDJ as they are handling it internally.” First, I do not understand why Mr. Kassel would get involved. I am the beneficiary of the warranty, as the entire Liberty team went out of their way to point out during the sales process. Further, never once during the 5-6 week process has anyone from Liberty reached out to me or the service manager with whom I am working. But the worst part is that both the local service manager and me have called multiple times on multiple days asking to speak with Mr. Kassel or the sales manager. No one will take or return our calls. So I have a brand new (to me), low mileage, expensive car on which Mr. Kassel interfered with my warranty claim, but no one from Liberty will communicate or respond to me or my representative. I have no faith that Liberty or Mr Kassel has any intention of ‘handling this matter internally.’ I am merely stating facts here. If anyone would like to contact me, I have all of the documentation to back up everything stated above. Please consider all of this before you consider doing business with Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Mr. Kassel and his team. More
Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I took my Jeep Cherokee in for its first scheduled maintenance service for an oil change and tire rotation, if needed. The technician was very thorough and explained that they did not need to rotate m maintenance service for an oil change and tire rotation, if needed. The waiting lounge was comfortable and well appointed with snacks and beverages. All in all, took about 40 minutes. More
I was happy with the service to my vehicle and my service advisor. The only complaint I have and this has happened other times that I’ve had my vehicle service there before. When I came to pick up my vehicle advisor. The only complaint I have and this has happened other times that I’ve had my vehicle service there before. When I came to pick up my vehicle I had to go out to the parking lot to find it. This time my vehicle was parked in the very last row behind the building and it was raining. It would just be nice if the vehicle would be closer to the pick up area as they knew I was coming to pick it up. More

Great service. Prompt and easy. Highly recommend. Been going there since 2014 and they never disappoint— recently suggested to our daughter which has our prior Jeep Prompt and easy. Highly recommend.
