He goes above and beyond each and every time. He is the reason why we went from 1 car to 20 plus. I did receive a text or two telling me what the tech was doing. I like to discuss what was done and why it was done to the car rather than just getting a text telling me my car is ready without talking to anybody or saying what to do next - like go to cashier etc. Human contact at a car service dept is very important!
