After Sale Responsiveness to Service Issue I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have service performed on the center radio / control display which would continuously shut down and/or freeze I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have service performed on the center radio / control display which would continuously shut down and/or freeze up on 12/20/2018. After a few hours I was informed that there has to be an update which may take a while so I would have to bring the vehicle back. I returned on 12/21/2018 and after about an hour was informed that the unit (radio) would have to be replaced and that I would have to leave the vehicle since the radio would not shut down so it would drain the battery unless it was disconnected when the vehicle was turned off. I was given a bare to the bone Dodge Caravan and sent on my way after being told the part was ordered. Today, 1/4/2019 and the vehicle is still at the dealership and the part may arrive by 1/18/2019. I have lost the use of this vehicle for what will be approximately month and been saddled with the worse possible mode of transportation as a substitute. I have contacted my service adviser (B Spriggs), my salesman (D Magana) and both the new car manager (E Deppen) and the General manager (N Kalisik) in order to get some type of better explanation and a loaner which better suits my needs. I am paying a fairly large lease payment a month and should not have to drive a piece of junk while my car is serviced for a manufacturing defect. Alas I have heard nothing back from any of these individuals regarding the status of the repair parts or another loaner. The dealership works hard to get you into a vehicle but shows little concern once the ink has dried. More
NEVER ORDER PARTS FROM THIS DEALER Never order parts from this dealer on the internet. They wouldn't cancel my order, wouldn't allow me to return the items (unopened) because they were Never order parts from this dealer on the internet. They wouldn't cancel my order, wouldn't allow me to return the items (unopened) because they were electrical parts. Even if they would have taken them back they have a 35% restocking fee. That's just ridiculous. But shame on me for not reading the fine print. Won't make the mistake of ordering from these knuckleheads. More

On a recent trip out of town, our van sustained damage when we ran over a shredded tire on the interstate. Liberty Auto City was the nearest dealer so we took the van there to have an estimate on repairs. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They provided us with the name of local hotel and even shuttled our family to the hotel. The service advisor, David Butler, went out of his way to be helpful and get us back on the road. The repairs were completed in less than 24 hours and we were back on our way again. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would use them again if we happened to be in the area. Thanks, guys, for making the incident a little less painless!! Thomas and Angie Thompson, Indianapolis, IN More
I recently had my vehicle in for $service. This would be the 4th time I have been to this particular Subaru dealership in the last 3 years. First off, I’ve been to worse dealerships or auto shops than these the 4th time I have been to this particular Subaru dealership in the last 3 years. First off, I’ve been to worse dealerships or auto shops than these guys. I get annoyed when things are not put back to how they originally were. The guys in service were nice and accommodating as was everyone else I was in contact with. But many of you probably know how things are nowadays in that everything is freaking flat rated to the max. The mechanics rush through the jobs to meet the expected time allowances and in the process neglecting to tighten lines going to turbo, battery connections, improperly securing hoses/lines/wires, losing clips/fasteners, or neglecting to replace bolts for the heat shield. I suppose your typical consumer wouldn’t bother to look/inspect everything. Going to dealership-you get what you pay for which is essentially higher costs for the same average (sometimes below average) service. Every time I get my car back from these guys, I find ½ dozen things that I have to fix/correct/tighten/etc. I’m probably more meticulous than the average consumer and I always check everything that is done as much as I possibly can. When I spend well over a grand on something you better give me top notch service and put things back as they originally came. Word of advice to Liberty Auto City-Word of mouth is a powerful tool. Don’t lose sight of that! Its obvious your mechanics rush through everything and don’t do anywhere near the best job they possibly are capable of in honor of the almighty dollar. It sure would be nice to have them perform the job right the first time around. I wonder how the things I can’t see visually will hold up or if they have been done correctly? Shame on me for going to these guys each time... I think a change is needed. More
