I have been using this dealership for years. It started with buying a car for one of my employees. Throughout the years, this relationship has grown to over 20 plus cars. The reason, the service department and specifically Steve Hemmer the Service Director. He takes care of both my business vehicles, but also every member of my family. He goes above and beyond each and every time. He is the reason why we went from 1 car to 20 plus. The entire staff has taken on his philosophy of taking car of customers, exceeding their expectations, and going above and beyond no matter how simple or difficult the task is. Steve and his crew are the sole reason why my family and my employees come to Liberty. This type of service has been lost throughout the years, but never left how Liberty takes care of their customers. He often refers to his customers as either guest or family. I 100% know he means what he says when he says this. More

Everyone acted professionally and was very courteous. The work was performed within a reasonable period of time as I approved one extra fluid change while there. I gave one less star because I found Liberty's prices very high and their lack of human contact after accepting the car for service somewhat disconcerting. I did receive a text or two telling me what the tech was doing. I like to discuss what was done and why it was done to the car rather than just getting a text telling me my car is ready without talking to anybody or saying what to do next - like go to cashier etc. Human contact at a car service dept is very important!
