Was told an appointment was recommended for an oil change. An appointment was made for an oil change on Saturday September 7th. When I arrived I was told by Brendan Q. that appointment or not all cust change. An appointment was made for an oil change on Saturday September 7th. Brendan did his best to get me out in a timely manner since I couldn’t wait. I explained to him I didn’t understand the dealership’s policy disregarding appointments for walk ins and he agreed. I needed a fix for a recall. My car was dropped off 8/27. I spoke with Brian - twice - and he said he would fix recall and then let me know what else was needed. I had to reach out on 09/04. I received a reply saying the Jeep was good to go and could be picked up at anytime. When I arrived that evening, I waited for over 20 minutes, to be told my Jeep should have a new battery for $400. I declined this and I was told - "do not turn the Jeep off - drive all the way home - probably will not start again." By the following evening - my Jeep will not start. Worse - the recall part that was supposed to be fixed - the ignition switch - is choppy and sticks. My jeep key does not turn easily. Finally, there is a sticker on my panel - next to the ignition switch - that was placed there by this shop. The sticker has instructions on how you must now push the key in a certain way to stop and start the vehicle. More
