Very disappointed how long it took to get someone to answer my call for service on an early Friday morning - took an hour and a half to finally speak to someone. My vehicle has been in for an electrical problem two separate times: 1. The problem was not fixed. I was told the issue could not be repeated. I never received a single call with an update. 3. The service personnel did not listen to the description of the problem and could not answer basic questions. 4. When I dropped my vehicle off, it was hand washed with a full tank of gas. It was returned filthy and down nine gallons of premium gas. 5. My vehicle had about 100 miles added to the odometer. I informed the service personnel that the problem occurred when the vehicle started, so there was no reason for my car to leave their property. 6. It is nearly impossible to get a return call. I made multiple calls, left voice messages, and messages directly to the staff requesting a call from the service representative. I finally had to contact the service manager to get a response. 7. Our salesman, Dan Magana, calls or texts every time he notices our vehicles in the service bay. Dan provides immediate attention without even contacting him. He is the reason we've purchased eight new vehicles at Liberty since 2007. All of our service and maintenance is performed at Liberty. More
