Here is my last experience, booked an appointment previously that I canceled, rebooked for Saturday at 10:30 a.m., arrived on time, asked how long it would take for the originally scheduled service o previously that I canceled, rebooked for Saturday at 10:30 a.m., arrived on time, asked how long it would take for the originally scheduled service of a transmission fluid change and an oil change. I was told 3 to 4 hours for both. So I declined the trans fluid change at this time, this change the time frame to our 1:45 to 2 hours. I was also told that there were 5 cars ahead of me, which seemed odd but I had some phone calls to make to pass the time. So at the 2-hour mark I inquired where the vehicle was and I could physically see it was still on the lift and excuses were made as to why there was a delay. 20 minutes later the vehicle was done I received the paperwork went to the cashier only to notice that the oil change was now $129. Took that receipt back to the service advisor and they stated they put the wrong vehicle in, or didn't know how to enter a ProMaster into the system. That was remedied oil Change Is now $64, of which I had your online $10 coupon which they did not apply. So in short I will be doing my own oil changes, and save myself 4 hours since it is a 45 minute trip from Chicago to Libertyville each way. Lastly none of the inspection paperwork was given or perhaps not done. I didn't even check to see if the wiper fluid was topped, or correct tire pressure. Moving forward let me know how you would like to remedy the situation and I'll consider returning. More
