This was not the case with Dan Magana he is such a kind person. I purchased my Jeep with him back in Jan. and till this date he is still of great help. He always checks up on my husband and I to see how we are doing with our new vehicle and if we have any questions I know i can always count on him to answer any questions or concerns I have. Terrible customer service, decent vehicle I purchased a used vehicle here. Salesman blatantly lied to my face about the vehicle not being in any accidents, even after noticing some overspray o I purchased a used vehicle here. Salesman blatantly lied to my face about the vehicle not being in any accidents, even after noticing some overspray on the front headlight. Only 1 key and no owner's manual. Charlie said he would reimburse me for those expenses, and of course never followed through. Finance person also spelled name incorrectly on vehicle title, and even after noticing his mistake, never corrected it. I have to now pay $95 to have it changed. Car is in good shape though. More

We were so close to making a deal, then the GM starts yelling across the room at me in a angry manner, I just got up and thanked my salesman and walked out. They must not like the fact that I new what I was doing, but to yell across a room. Be careful if they cant beat you they will try to embarrass you into a deal . I would go back. More

The General Manager himself Charlie came over and spoke to me directly about my trade in and gave me a good deal on my car that had over 100K and needed to be replaced. I was in and out within a couple hours, financing and all. They even detailed my car all spiffy and had it waiting for me in the giant service drive, very nice touch. I look forward to working with the service department here in the future. More
