Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received one remote key where I was supposed to get 2 (Sales person assured me at least 3 times that I Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received one remote key where I was supposed to get 2 (Sales person assured me at least 3 times that I am getting 2; even my trade had only one key and once again Mr. Ortiz made a comment stating that they are going to give me 2 keys and I'm giving them only one... Second of all I went there to get a car wash (about 25 mins drive) it took them 30 seconds to just rinse my car with water. After they pulled my car over the sales person told me that they are washed some of the dust of my car. WTF?! Third of all 2 months after my purchase they called me demanding more money because the transfer of my license plate was more expensive than they anticipated. Once again WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I told them that I refuse to pay because the transaction is over I paid everything I was supposed to pay; the guy who called me sai "ok, be like that" and then he hang up... Worst experience ever!!! Never will go there again and because of shady people like them I won't buy a car from a dealer. More

On a recent trip out of town, our van sustained damage when we ran over a shredded tire on the interstate. Liberty Auto City was the nearest dealer so we took the van there to have an estimate on repairs. when we ran over a shredded tire on the interstate. They provided us with the name of local hotel and even shuttled our family to the hotel. The service advisor, David Butler, went out of his way to be helpful and get us back on the road. The repairs were completed in less than 24 hours and we were back on our way again. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would use them again if we happened to be in the area. Even though a few dropped the ball and mis-communicated on this journey, I cut them slack because this was an unusual situation. I can not say enough about the wonderful attention to details and the patience this deal took. It was a new experience for all involved. I think Joe Parks is an amazing communicator, positive and gets the job done. I also will only deal with Rick Rosendahl for sales, he is the best there is!!! He knows his cars!!Rick is patient, pleasant, professional, honest and sincere. Then there is Bill Henders, the only man I will deal with in finance. We never had to chase him because he was so diligent about returning our calls and answering our questions. He was also extremely helpful, caring, and informative. Finally, when we told him what we were looking for and our price range, he did a great job finding us a car that we wanted. He did not try to convince us that we needed a different car. He simply listened to everything we wanted, and did his best to make us happy. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life! Dealt with Robert first, who made an apointment with me. When I arrived (on time) he was "busy" so he told me that his son-in-law, Mike, w my life! Dealt with Robert first, who made an apointment with me. I agreed to pay $1K down in one month. They told me to lie to Capital One when they called me and say I paid them $1K in cash. When I called on September 3rd to tell them my financial circumstances were not what I had expected, I was transferred to Sam, (supposedly the "owner")....he told me he would call me back. Well, he did call me back - a month and a half later stating he was going to come and reposses my car...said Capital One wants him to take it back because I didn't make good on my deal. I called Capital One and they informed me to call the police because only they can reposses my car - they own the car..! Sam is a liar and a manipulative jerk. I called to make payment arrangements with them when I couldn't fulfill my obligation and they didn't call me back until now when they want to repo my car. Never darken the doorway on this place! I wish I had seen these reviews before I ever bought a car from them! They are underhanded and sleazy, to put it mildly! More
