I have been a loyal customer to this dealership and service department for over a decade. Recently when I have brought my Jeep in to be serviced, I have dealt with Tony. His tone on both of the occasions I had to deal with him has been condescending and dismissive. Also, when I picked up my Jeep, there was a deep scratch on my car where it looks as though my car was backed into. This is upsetting to say the least.f More
