It was a pleasant experience. I had a service appointment to get my oil changed. My service advisor Clifton was very friendly and knowledgeable, had me checked in real quick. Poor service I purchased a certified preowned truck almost 3 years ago and have had numerous issues beginning from the day I picked up the truck with them telling I purchased a certified preowned truck almost 3 years ago and have had numerous issues beginning from the day I picked up the truck with them telling me the check engine light was on from them washing the engine. That's just the first of many issues. They only do oil changes until 3 PM and I've always been told I need to make a Saturday appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance. This is an inconvenience for me to have to leave work to get there by 3, I have just gone elsewhere. I feel most service advisors there don't care about making the customers happy. The only advisor that had been very helpful is named Ed. I try to ask for him but am not that lucky. Back in the summer I needed to have my ac system replaced yet a second time within a one year period and was a bit irritated that I dropped my truck of the night before for a morning appointment and it wasn't even looked at till the afternoon. That particular adviser never called to let me know what was going on. I drove there after work to find that it was just being looked at and was given an attitude by this adviser whom I don't remember his name but recognize him when I'm in there. He copped an attitude with me. My truck was in there this past Monday for a battery and warnings on the dash. They did a complete diagnosis and said that it was from the bad battery. Now 2 days later the check engine lights on and not running right. This guy tells me I can drop it off for Monday or Tuesday. I let him know that I was aggravated, he said he would talk to Ed about seeing what they could do for me. I waited an hour and a half with for him to call me back like he said he would. Guess what? He never called me. When I called he told me he never got a chance to talk to Ed. I bet he forgot all about calling me back. He said he will talk to Ed in the morning and call me back. I won't hold my breath. My wife and I are going to be purchasing a new vehicle for her in February and I definitely wouldn't buy from them again since I like to have all my service done where I purchase the vehicle from. More
