Liberty Chevrolet screwed me I purchased a used suburban .We bought the extended warranty as well .I should have known from the start there would be issues .It was misrepresented. I purchased a used suburban .We bought the extended warranty as well .I should have known from the start there would be issues .It was misrepresented.Showed it being ferried and full warranty .When we went to buy it that changed .I should have left then but no I got it anyway .Few weeks later the engine light is on zGood thing I got the extended warranty .I only got take for 250 on that deal the insurance company took the 5,500 hit to rebuild the engine .This is after when I got the tru k I was told how liberty goes through every little thing before selling it ..Couple weld go by the light is on again .I spend a week calling leaving messages .At that point I demand to bring it in and I’m aloud too.Fyi most calls not returned .I drop it off and I’m told it’s like 1,300 .the lines are leaking to the engine and transmission.Same ones that where fine that liberty had to remove and work around to fix thw precious engine problem .Also the oil sensor needed to be fixed .I tell the guy hey it’s under my warranty .Im told they won’t cover it .It was fine apparently the insurance company feels no it’s from last time it’s not new .I argue and I’m told it will be an even grand to fix .thw supervisors lowered it down for me ..Car is there gets worked on .I leave a few messages no call back .I drop it Monday .Finally Friday after I leave a message saying I’m. Or happy I get a call back .I then pick up the truck .Over all I would never go back here .Not to buy or fix my vehicle .I feel that you buy and then nobody wants to know you .I was told I had theee free oil changes to make up for the previous mistake on the warranty .this was from the original sale .I tell everyone .Im told well the sale rep needs to pay for it .Perfect I’m going to chase a guy for fifty bucks .I know the car is used and only 25 grand .I was looking to form a relationship as I’m in need of new trucks for my business.The typical stereotypes you here about buying a used car .I look at for a grand I know now to never go back .Owe one last thing the final bill was more than a thousand .Figure you should know .I mean to the last second it was bad More

Very petty operation I brought my car in to have new lock lug nuts installed because I never received the key to unlock those that were on the car at time of purchase. Th I brought my car in to have new lock lug nuts installed because I never received the key to unlock those that were on the car at time of purchase. The dealership put on plain lug nuts and said that’s all sales department authorized, after arguing, they finally ordered lock lug nuts and I had to make a second trip for them to be put onto the car. Rediculous, a brand new car a week old and they tried to screw me. What a cheap dealership. It will make me think twice before recommending this dealership to friends More

Very unhappy Had my car towed Wednesday night. No one looked at it until Monday. When I called to talk about the issues with my car Matt was very quick and abrupt Had my car towed Wednesday night. Never told me what was actually wrong with my car and when I finally came to pick it up he didnt explain what was wrong with it until I was outside getting my car from. I had to ask what was wrong with it or else he would have never told me. When I first sent it in they told me it wasnt covered under warranty so I couldnt be offered a rental, but then the car actually was under warranty. When I finally got my car back the interior was covered with dirt. The only reason why I was happy about this visit was because I was still covered under warranty. More
