Vehicle service Work on vehicle was great. However service was not. I dropped my car off for an oil change and new inspection sticker for a 7am appt. I first calle Work on vehicle was great. I first called about 130 and left a message for an update and time that i could pick up my car. By 3 i still got no response and called 3 more times until 430. Each call went to voicemail and i received no response. At 430 i called and told receptionist i have called multiple times and have not heard back and wanted to speak to someone in service, i was disconnected twice and third time again i got voicemail. I called back again and explained i did not want to be put to voicemail an d wanted to speak to someone in service. I was put on hold then the call disconnected again. Finally at approx 450 i spoke to someone and was told my car was ready. I find it outrageous that it took 10 hours for an oil change and and 9 phone calls over 3 hours for a response More

Friendly and efficient! I’m a first time Chevy owner. I love my Equinox, but the service I received at Liberty Chevrolet was excellent! Fast and courteous. That seems harder I’m a first time Chevy owner. I love my Equinox, but the service I received at Liberty Chevrolet was excellent! Fast and courteous. That seems harder and harder to find these days. There’s a Chevy dealer closer to where I live but they couldn’t fit me in for an oil change so I called Liberty. I would hope that all the locations have the same culture but I don’t think I’ll risk it. I’ll be back to Liberty for whatever my vehicle needs! I really appreciate that I was looked in the eye and given a good handshake! More

Great and quick Brought the vehicle on for some warranty work, they completed it ahead of the designated time and also washed my vehicle and vacuumed the interior. Inconsistencies, lack of communication I had been told the day before service that there would be a rental car available. That day, there were no rentals. I was told that it was not a full I had been told the day before service that there would be a rental car available. That day, there were no rentals. I was told that it was not a full day’s work. I hoped that the car would be ready by the time I had to pick up my kids 20 miles away. I called at 1 o’clock for a status check, and no one called me back. I made other arrangements to pick up my kids. At 5 o’clock, I called again. At 5:30, I got a call saying the car was still being worked on, but would be done soon. My husband picked it up for me that night. The next day, I turn on the air-conditioning, (which had been working perfectly) and was greeted with a horrible loud noise. I wondered what had been done to the car to affect the AC during service. It turns out that when they changed the air filter, they didn’t vacuum the area properly. While it was a quick fix, I had to go in to the dealership yet again to have it cleaned up. Who has time for this? No one. Nice people, but I won’t bring my car there again. More
