My sister (from out of town) and I were headed to my Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick a Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless. Thank-You to all the service people including Colette and Justin Sgro for staying on top of this. You are truly a blessing. More

We have had several terrible experiences with the Service Advisors, Managers Lack of support on warranty items. Good, reliable service, but VERY expensive. $52 for an oil change when I being my own oil. Another GM dealership charges me only $25 with my own oil.
