I brought my Buick Lucerne to Liberty Service Department because the condition of the battery, It was the original battery and I suspected a weakness. The battery which was still in warranty was defective. A new battery was installed at no cost to me. What a pleasant surprise. I could not have been treated better. My brother has had service at Liberty Buick and we both can not say enough praise for the service that we have received.I have and will in the future recommend Liberty Buick for service and sales to anyone. We brought our car in for a routine oil change. Jim opened the hood and discovered that the water level was low in the container. While that service was being performed, the technicians located an oil leak on the engine and wrote that problem up as well. Since this all related to the 100,000 mile warranty, we didn't have to pay a dime for those repairs. Jim kept us updated on the status of the repair and the car was ready when he said it would be.
