Great service and friendliness. Car done on time at a reasonable cost. No problem at all with dealership, however, the Buick design for 2006 used plastic unsuitable for the application, thereby causing o reasonable cost. At the urging of Rod Rademacher (he goes to my church), I brought in our 2009 Lucerne because of a rattle in the right front area. Mike Liddicoat went with me for a test drive and heard the rattle. A little after noon on the same day, Mike called and said the right front strut had to be replaced. It was under warranty. The Liberty front end tech is the greatest! No more rattles. I also got the tires rotated and balanced. It was time. Thank you, Liberty Buick! More

Made me wait 2 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires after making appointment. Then I find out they did not rotate tires but charged me. Did not honor price quoted.
