My name is Ed Underberg Sr. Last week, I wrote you a letter complaining about the treatment I received at Liberty Buick, back at the end of 2019. I had not planned on getting anything done about my bad experience, I just wanted to warn everyone about how Liberty Buick conducted business, After receiving a message from BBB. The GM of Liberty Buick, Justin Sgro, called me at home and wanted to discuss my situation, as he was not familiar with me or what I was talking about. He had not received either copy of the letter I had hand delivered to the salesman or the sales manager. I told him at length what had happened to me and that Liberty Buick was a cuss word to me. He immediately apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. He offered to call me back after he had given it some thought. He returned the call within the next hour and came back with several different deals that were more than fair, in fact I was astonished how far he was willing to go to right a wrong that had happened over a year ago, I and my wife met with Mr. Sgro and a young salesman, Ryne Czyznik on Saturday 2/6/2021 and they started the process of putting us into a 2021 Buick Encore that had been pulled out of new stock on 8/18/2020 and was being used as a delivery vehicle for customers that had their car in the shop. The Encore had never been titled; it was still in the Dealerships name. It had 5000 miles on it and a factory warranty from 8/18/2020 to 8/18 2023. We drove out of Liberty Buick with a 5-year newer vehicle, with a 3year factory warranty and many upgrades for approximately 10% of its total value. This included all taxes, dock fees and plates I will be singing praises of Justin Ogro, Ryne Czyznik and Liberty Buick for years to come. Sincerely Ed Underberg Sr. Sent to BBB and Justin Sgro More
