I love Liberty Buick as a dealership. My sales person Charles MacDonald is a fantastic sales person along with always finding me a great deal. He even came to my house to help me with programing my garage door opener for my Buick. This is now my 2nd car with Liberty Buick. They have always been fair with me from the get go. The service department gets you in right away with a pretty fair wait time with donuts, coffee and TV. If you don't want to wait they will furnish you with a ride home and pick you up free of charge. The whole crew at the dealership is pretty outstanding in every way. You will not be disappointed with this dealership if you choose to use them, I just want to mention my service associate Matt in repair of my car he always has a nice smile and is quick on his feet to make sure you are taken care of. I went to Liberty Buick to look at, and to learn about, the Envision. I had done my homework as far as models and packages ahead of time. Does not honor online advertised price EVEN if you go with dealer financing. They went back and forth on price and each time the rate changed based on price. Lower price = higher rate. My sister (from out of town) and I were headed to my Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick a Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless. Thank-You to all the service people including Colette and Justin Sgro for staying on top of this. You are truly a blessing. More
